我們住了三晚，公寓設施完備，離地鐵站800米。但是入住遇到麻煩，嚴重影響了遊玩心情。因為我們坐船到雅典已是晚上8點，所以我們提前聯繫他們，打了幾次電話才要來郵件聯繫方式，他們告知要先網上付款，才告知入住方式，可是發來的付款連結點擊不了，我們與他們電話溝通，告知付不了，衹有到公寓後再付款，他們不同意。我們立即與攜程聯繫，並且錄了付款操作視頻給攜程，攜程再與公寓代理商聯繫，可他們不鬆口，一定要先付款。我們又找了在米島住宿的房東與他們商量，各方從早上七點半開始溝通到下午一點左右，終於發來入住通知，同意我們第二天到他們辦公室付款。第二天我們去樓上辦公室付款時，當他們麪又把付款操作過程演示一遍給他們看，是付款連結有問題。實際上我們訂公寓時，已用信用卡擔保了的，但是他們不懂變通。不接受到店付款，而且一過下午5點，不回郵件，不接電話。

VERY CLEAN.Nice touch yo have food wine water left. Toiletries. Very secure boulding with extra things. Beautiful private patio for relaxing.Lots of little markets and coffee shops close. Maria the manager extremelly friendly and helpful to make you feel at home. Would reccomend to family and friends

Excellent environment, very clean , nice and cozy . We had a good time indeed , would love to have stayed a few more days . Highly recommended to anyone seeking an authentic experience in combination with good access to fast public transportation to reach the center of Athens.

We stayed a little over a week. The apartment was set about 3 miles out of the center of the city, or about 6 metro stops. It was very clean with comfy beds. Having two bedrooms is a must for our family. For a family of 3, it was wonderful to have a washer provided in the unit. The metro and bus stops are a short distance away, which is what we used during our time. The Blue line is the main metro line that runs from the airport all the way to Piraeus for the ferry’s. The best part was that the neighborhood was quiet and completely safe. There was a lovely welcome treat and they even can and cleaned, changed out the linen, provide more toiletries. We will definitely stay here again.

Tight space, but new and clean
The residency/apartment was clean and new. It is tough to stop and drop off luggage at the entrance, an inherent problem of the congested residential area. We were expecting two beds, as was indicated at the reservation. There was only one double bed in a very tight bedroom. One of us (not a couple) slept on the couch. It is fine for a couple who need a "pied-à-terre" for a night or two. The terrace was a plus.

Garage parking not always available
Stayed at Olygreen on 2 spearte occasions. Returned for the location and convinience of location where we could park and take the metro into Athens. On 2nd occasion was told the garage was full and therefore had to look for street parking which was not easy. Punctured a tire in the process due to the conditions of the roads.

Nice apartment in nice neighborhood.
The apartment is nice, very well equipped and well maintained. The location is good, in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There were 2 cons: The bathroom and toilet are very small, people who are not thin will not fill comfortable there, and the internet connection was slow.
