Louis Imperial Beach

Another Wonderful visit to this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is of the highest quality. Management are there every day overlooking the smooth running of the hotel. A special mentions for a few of the staff including Elena in reception, our maid Sophia, Christian in the restaurant . The list could go on. The hotel is having a complete makeover this winter so can't wait to return next year. I would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. Don't take any notice of poor reviews they are wrong

Every thing was incredible The place the people the food . 1000% We would like thank ALEX (Bar manager) for sorting out an issue we had with sunbeds on the beach area and sorting the change of drinks in our mini bar . Absolute superdtar he is. Also MARY (Drinks by thd adult pool ) she is also incredible really looked after us and everyone else around the pool Then there was CHRYSO (beach lounger drinks ) another very amazing person .looked after us like no where else we have stayed total impressed with these 3 amazing people but everyone was do nice and attentive cant fault anything .. But the 6 score for accuracy description . I was a little put off with the balcony on our room ..the view was nice seaview but on all the pictures that i had seen on various booking sites and your own website the balcony pictures used for the seaview balcony rooms were square balconys Ours was a triangle shape and was a little off putting so we didnt use much 😪😪😪 I thought it was a little mis represented with all the pictures i had seen of doors out onto a square balcony we were under the impession we would be located looking over the garden area looking direct at the sea .😪😪😪🙏🙏🙏 But other than that everything was just perfection ..made our holiday so much more special to spend it with people from the Hotel ..💝💝💝💝💝💝💝😆☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ If its ok please feel Free to pass on my details to the 3 persons i mentioned as it would be nice to stay in touch if this is acceptable Thankyou again and we look forward to another visit John & julie Uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Our first family stay at Louis Imperial Beach exceeded expectations. The food was delicious and varied, and the cocktail party was a lovely bonus. Huge thanks to Alex, the bar manager, and his friendly team for their excellent service. We’ve heard about the upcoming renovations and can’t wait to return!

Alex, the bar manager at Louis Imperial Beach, was fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, professional, and always attentive, he made sure every guest felt welcome. The Louis Imperial Hotel and staff. Where to start, the hotel is one of the best places to stay we come here at least 2 to 3 times a year we have been returning year in year out for the last 20 years and we wouldnt stay anywhere else.We are made to feel.like part of the louis family from when we arrive until we leave. The staff from the Top Chris is always about with a smile on his face and making sure everyone is happy. Head of Front Desk Elena well let me tell.you this lady goes above and beyond for all guests she's one in a million the louis group are lucky to have her on their team. Mary keeps us topped up with drinks all day long and always with a smile x Savvi he is such a helpful polite young man and an asset to the Louis team.we never fail to have the best time here with the best people thank you all for making our holidays so special love you all x Denise and Barry

Very disappointing!!! Just arrived and the hotel is very tired! The rooms are very poor standard, old technology with no new USB charging. The TV cables, just hang loosely down the wall behind the TV. The ALL- INCLUSIVE mini bar has two cans of Pepsi, two cans of Lemonade and one bottle of water! This is no where near the 5 star rating that TUI gives it!! Book somewhere else!!!!!!!
