Отличный отель для отдыха в любое время года! Завтрак это отдельный респект! Очень богатый шведский стол. Есть и десерты, и горячие блюда, и фрукты. На территории есть детская площадка. Бассейн внутри подогревается с тёплой водой. Огорчает лишь то, что сауна за отдельную плату, причём почасовая оплата (10 евро с человека в час) и дети вообще не допускаются.

The staff was super friendly and let us in to the rooms before the official check-in time. We rented a one bedroom with a kitchen, because we intended to cook. These the areas where the place was lacking. 1. No rack in the oven (even after requesting, no follow-up). 2. No paper towels. 3. No salt and pepper. The apartment’s worst aspect was the bed - it was atrocious. Also, there were no real shelves or drawers to put our clothes, only closet space for hanging. Also the heater worked but didn’t do a great job heating the main area of the apartment.

The holiday resort looks nice but quite old style. Staff are all really friendly. Our first night was a little bit hassle as when we were about to sleep my bf felt something crawling to him and theres bed bugs, massive one as well. Then when we lift up the bedsheet covers we all found them on that side crawling around which is really disgusting. We then reported to the receptionist and gave us new room and this time no more bugs. But didnt say sorry or whatsoever and didnt even give us any compensation and refund.

Un hôtel très agréable, très bien situé. tout est proche. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus et à seulement 10 minutes du bord de mer. Je dois mentionner que le service hôtelier est au plus haut niveau et est très gentil et serviable. La nourriture est également de très haute qualité. Je peux le recommander en toute confiance !

All of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy. Breakfast is excellent value for money. Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool. Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

Frühstück super Buffet Alles lecker, und entspricht der Preisleistung, Für Dinner ist ein Restaurant VIVA CYPRUS sehr EMPFEHLENSWERT in der Nähe. Lage super .. In Paphos sind die Busse aber schlecht, bitte sofort Auto mieten es ist günstig 10-20€/Tag...die Taxis sind teuer und sie verarschen jeden Sau... Also bitte Auto mieten. Personal: ich bedanke mich bei euch von tiefen Herzen, Ihr seid die bestens... Immer Hilfsbereit und sehr menschlich... Meine Frau ging ihr während Urlaub nicht gut und ins Krankenhaus eingegangen sie haben mir zugelassen Frühstück to go für meine Frau mitzunehmen und dafür ein Lieferbox vorbereitet.... Das war echt toll. Nachteil : das Hotel ist ein bisschen alt und die Ausstattung müssen moderner sein aber das ignoriert man sofort wenn man so eine tolle freundliche Personal hat. Sauna gegen 7€ extra das ist auch nachteilig meiner Meinung. Also in großen Gans ist das hotel sehr gut und ich buche da wieder und wieder 😁. Grüße von Chaban Familie

I feel I need to write a review about this Hotel so other travellers are aware before booking. It is more like a 2 star hotel. It's very tatty in places and there's a lot that should be replaced. We had a studio apartment that looked out onto the side of a building and field. Our kettle was fuding all the electrics and it took 5 visits to reception to get a replacement. The bulb in one of the bedside lights was hanging out and dangerous. The bathroom was not only tiny it was very dated there was no where at all to put shower gel or shampoo apart from on the floor. The tv kept cutting out. There was nowhere to hang any washing so no line or anything on the balcony. The best thing about the whole stay was the food and lounge area. Would i stay here again. NO CHANCE.

Stayed at this hotel from 19th - 26th August 2025 on an all-inclusive basis having booked at the last minute. Arrived late at night and were greeted by Andreas, a very soft spoken and genuine man. The room itself was across the road from the main hotel and, I'm afraid, was tired and in need of a makeover. However, it was somewhere to sleep and had the required facilities. There is a pool and small bar in the annexed part. It is a family orientated resort with plenty going on in terms of entertainment and activities. The restaurant is buffet style and typical of an all inclusive package - you won't go hungry. We had an issue with Costas, the restaurant manager one evening regarding seating which developed into a heated argument - not what you go on holiday for and it was needless. One of the bar staff was rude one evening and, again, it was totally needless. However, I can only be complimentary regarding some other staff in the restaurant - Eleni, Aliki and Nikoletta.  They were really friendly, helpful and looked after us. This is a great place for a family package but it didn't tick my boxes for couples.

Had a poor experience here our apartment was shabby and we found lots of broken things including air con which took a lot of chasing to get fixed.Some rude unhelpful staff, Lots of cats around trying to get in your apartment, on table to get your food. A lot of hazards when walking around complex.

Writing this as we are sadly getting ready to pack up and fly home. This is our third stay here and again it did not disappoint. Staff are excellent and very friendly, cleaning staff come in every day. Our room had been newly refurbished and was outstanding. Only thing it needed was a foldown clothes airer to dry clothes. And the sunbeds were an added bonus as the usual issue with towels on sunbeds by the pool was a daily occurrence. Thank you for another lovely stay. We will be back again next year.

No, didn’t go to Pharos gardens again - only looking to check other reviews after awful experience last yr. Top tip is to not take out insurance with Tui - after 11 months, they have got back to us saying only pay out if taken to court and they think won’t win - told to pay for a legal advisor or solicitor if wanted to take it further!
