Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel

Absolutely amazing! That’s all I can say. The staff, the hospitality, the grounds, the food, the rooms, just fabulous. Could not have asked for better VIP treatment on our honeymoon. Special thanks to Mohammed, Rana, Junos, Marcos and Marian who made our stay even more special. Will hopefully be able to come back one day!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen im Asimina Suites Hotel verbracht. Der Empfang – sehr herzlich in einer separaten Lounge samt Canapes und Champagner. Im Zimmer selbst lagen auch schon Wein und ein Obstteller bereit. Das Zimmer – sehr groß mit separatem Wohn- und Schlafbereich und großem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Bei der Buchung haben wir ein Zimmer im vierten Stock angefragt. Im Endeffekt waren wir im zweiten Stock untergebracht. Aussicht war trotzdem toll, auch wenn wir wegen der vielen Bäume den Sonnenuntergang so nicht wirklich beobachten konnten. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, wird auch abends noch einmal kurz gereinigt. Täglich bekommt jeder Gast auch eine Wasserflasche gratis bereit gestellt. Einziger Kritikpunkt da: Die Toilett- bzw. Duschtür haben sich nicht vollständig schließen lassen, da es kein Schloss oä gibt. Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant ausgezeichnet und mehr als umfangreich. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und MitarbeiterInnen haben bis zum Schluss alles aufgefüllt. Auch für Allergiker wurde alles ausgeschildert bzw. wurden eigene Produkte angeboten. Die meisten Speisen waren auch auf Deutsch bzw. Englisch angeschrieben. Beim Personal waren die Damen im Restaurant besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer für einen kurzen Tratsch zu haben. Eine Kellnerin sprach auch Deutsch. Die Herren waren – zumindest uns gegenüber - etwas reservierter. Wer übrigens ins Alacarte-Restaurant direkt ans Meer Abends essen gehen will, muss sich dafür einen Tag davor anmelden. Bis auf einmal haben wir da immer einen Tisch bekommen – das Essen dort war auch ausgezeichnet. Nur gab es bei den Gerichten nur eine einzige Beilage: Kartoffeln. Entweder als Ofenkartoffel, Püree oder Pommes Frites. Da fände ich eine größere Auswahlmöglichkeit dringend notwendig. Abends gab es auch immer Musik – da war dann manchmal nur der Fall, dass das Nebenhotel noch lauter Livemusik spielte und die MusikerInnen vom eigenen Hotel ein bissl untergingen. Da könnten sich die Hotels untereinander besser abstimmen, damit das für die Gäste erträglicher wird. Weil zeitweise waren wirklich gute KünstlerInnen im Hotel. Die Gartenanlage des Hotels – ausgezeichnet gepflegt und wunderschön. Man hat auch genug Platz, um da auf einer Liege samt Sonnenschirm den Tag zu verbringen. In den ersten Tagen unseres Aufenthalts haben wir auch zu Mittag noch leicht einen Platz gefunden. Später begann das Liegen-mit-Handtuch-besetz-Spiel bereits in der Früh. Da setzte plötzlich eine interessante Dynamik unter den Gästen – fast ausschließlich Briten – ein. Am kleinen Sandstrand gibt es eine Handvoll Liegen bzw. Cabanas. Letztere sind aber nur für die Gäste mit Private Pool gratis benutzbar. Alle anderen zahlen 40€ am Tag – was ich als viel zu hoch empfinde, dafür dass der Aufenthalt selbst schon teuer war. Dafür waren die Preise für Getränke sehr ok. Einmal in der Stunde wird man im Schnitt von meist sehr netten Mitarbeitern angesprochen, ob man was trinken will. Perfektes Servi

This is a really impressive hotel. The rooms are spacious , well equipped and kept immaculately clean thanks to housekeeping , extra requests fulfilled in minutes. The reception team are professional , caring supportive and friendly . The management team are also very accessible , constantly walking around the hotel and approachable , showing that this is a very well run hotel . The standards of food available in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants are amazing and we have never experienced such exceptional standards in any hotel . This must also be down to the maitre D Marius who is always around working exceptionally hard . Joanna and the other managers in the restaurants all apply the same exceptional care to all hotel guests as do the waiters and waitresses . A big thank you to this team ! The bar staff were excellent, the pool service was great but this would benefit from extra staff as poor Mr Mohammed was working constantly never resting for a minute . Grounds , pools and gardens looked beautiful as ever , teams working in this area are invaluable . Finally the sunbed gentleman we never got his name unfortunately but again was very helpful . Everything about this hotel and our holiday was excellent and we will hopefully be back as soon as we can . Thank you again

We really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality, relaxing, peaceful hotel. The staff are amazing, friendly and professional and the service provided was exceptional. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet and A La Carte restaurants were very good, providing lots of choice at all meals. The poolside Kymata restaurant was great for lunch and evening dinner. The swimming pool and surrounding gardens are beautifully kept. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas were plentiful around the pool and gardens. Evening entertainment was mixed but on the whole quite enjoyable. The hotel has a very relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and we appreciated the limited amount of music playing during the day. In our opinion everything was top class and we have already booked again for next year.

Underbart pool/strand-område med gott om bekväma solstolar och ren pool. Trevliga restauranger i fina lägen, passande live-musik på kvällen. All-inclusive alternativet lite onödigt (och dyrt) då man måste signera varje beställning och förväntas ge dricks. Räcker med halvpension.

The hotel was very nice but no real wow factor. The staff were all very good, attentive & friendly. Our room was very nice but it's situation was very disappointing. We often select a land view as sometimes the sea/pool view can be a little noisy & usually offer a view of mountains or similar. The land view on this occasion was very disappointing with just a service area for i assume the kitchen & a parking area. A nice balcony completely spoiled by the view. The pool area was very good, clean & well maintained. We always opt for bed & breakfast, the breakfast was very good with excellent choice of food. The location was at the far end of the hotel ***** & the distance to the harbour area was a good 45 minute walk, or a bus ride which was regular & at 2 euro's a ride very affordable. The only time we ate at the hotel was the day we left, we had a cheese & ham toastie at the poolside restaurant. We wish we hadn't bothered as it was probably the worst we had ever tasted. That was a shame as it seemed so far from removed from the quality of the breakfast. When booking always select a sea view.
