I just want to warn future customers about the very unpleasant people in charge of the hospitality at this place. Traveling in Spain on a long trip I had booked 7 different hotels in the north of Spain. On the second day of my trip I had a serious problem on the road and was forced to cancel my whole journey. All the other 6 hotels agreed without problem to refund me the whole amount of my booking at very short notice. Only the one where I should have stayed in the same day refund half of the price paid. The “Reitoral de Parada de Sil” where I should have been on the next day, refused to do so, even though I called them directly to explain my situation. I was able to cancel online, on their site, all the other 6 bookings with full refund even though the deadline to do so was over. Not very nice people indeed. I hope you’ll be aware.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay. It was a lovely small guest house/hotel. The rooms were lovely, great outdoor space and the restaurant served really good quality food and local wine. Everyone was really friendly, great service and the owner went out of their way to help us organise day trips and explore the region. I would highly recommend

Maravilloso, en todos los sentidos. Lugar recomendable 100% para visitar la parte sur de la Ribeira Sacra. Un saludo especial para Paula, una mujer muy trabajadora y servicial, y a todo su equipo. Sí quieres vivir la experiencia de viajar por esta zona tan mágica, te aconsejo alojarte en lugares históricos como éste. Muchísima suerte.

Hotel con mucho encanto. Nuestra habitación era muy grande , al igual que el baño, y la cama comodísima. La situación perfecta para explorar los cañones del Sil. Lo mejor de todo la amabilidad y entusiasmo del personal: se nota las ganas que ponen para que la estancia sea lo mejor posible. El desayuno de calidad y con café como dios manda. Por último encantados con las recomendaciones y rutas que propone José Antonio.

Sin lugar a dudas, una estancia excelente. Tanto las instalaciones como la habitación (cuenta con siete habitaciones) ayuda a disfrutar de un descanso óptimo en la Ribeira Sacra. Los desayunos con Eva estupendos, con unas mermeladas caseras riquísimas. Agradecer a José Antonio las rutas que nos fue guiando por la zona porque pudimos ir a sitios que si lo hubiéramos organizado nosotros seguramente no hubiéramos deparado en ellos. Los restaurantes recomendados también excelentes. Coincidió que eran las fiestas en Parada de Sil y no se escuchó nada en las noches que estuvimos allí. También se puede aparcar dentro, que te ayuda a no tener que buscar un lugar donde dejar el coche. Lo único es que al llegar tenéis que abrir la puerta de acceso a esa zona; no hay un timbre, pero si se arrastra la puerta se abre y se puede acceder al recinto donde os esperará José Antonio. Recomendable al 100%.

Eine schöne Anlage, innen modern und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Aber kleine Abstriche: ab 16 Uhr konnte man einchecken, wir waren 16 Uhr 45 da, aber alles war verschlossen. Wir mussten telefonieren und noch 15 min warten. Das Zimmer war sehr kühl bzw kalt. Der Besitzer kannte doch die Außentemperaturen, da hätte es doch ein bißchen vorheizen können.Wir mussten wieder fragen und auch dann wurde es nur marginal wärmer. Das Frühstück war ein Witz.Wahl zwischen 1 Croissant oder Toast.1 Päckchen Butter, 1 Klecks Marmelade, 1 Tasse Tee,1 Glas Saft. Wir haben nicht hinterhergebettelt und später anständig woanders gefrühstückt.

Un auténtico mini parador, un sitio precioso, acogedor, cómodo, muy bien rehabilitado. Los consejos de Jose para conocer la zona imprescindibles. Nos organizó el fin de semana para disfrutar la Ribera Sacra. Muchas gracias

Estuvimos alojados de jueves a domingo la pasada Semana Santa. Nos recibió José Antonio, el propietario. En un estilo cercano nos ayudó a organizar la agenda para esos días. Nos acompañó a nuestra habitación, "Rocío" que nos gustó mucho. Todas las instalaciones del hotel están genial, decoradas con gusto y bien pensadas. El desayuno atendido muy amablemente por Carmen estaba muy rico. Tiene un restaurante en el hotel que es una buena opción para algún día, atendido por un gran equipo. Recomendable el chuletón de vaca gallega. Está situado en el centro del pueblo y algún día optamos por cenar de tapas en alguna terraza que está cruzando la calle. Esta bien ubicada para desde ella visitar bodegas, miradores, parador de Santo Estevo y embarcaderos del Sil, así como visita a Orense. Gracias José Antonio por todo, deseamos que os vaya muy bien.
