Absolutely terrible approach to complaints. After my wife arrived, the receptionist was informed that the temperature in the room was very low and that it was impossible to stay with small children. The establishment refused to refund the money for the first day of the stay. At the time of check-in, the room should be ready, including the temperature adjustment, not that the receptionist would "turn on the boiler" which would (maybe) heat the room. When contacting the owner Petr Úlehla by phone, there was profanity and swearing. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
