It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.
We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least.
Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.
Would I return? Yes sure
I booked a twin room (2 large and 2 small) and was given a room (twin beds and a sofa bed), but the sheets on the sofa bed were very dirty and had never been changed. I just lay on them for 10 minutes. I had itching all over my body and it lasted all night! We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned the room and we needed to change the sheets ourselves! All in all, this trip gave us a very bad impression
Nice location, kind staffs, and clean, but worst view. Of course more expensive place would has better view than here, but this place serve enough service and location with reasonable price
A very cost-effective hotel. Although it is not located in the tourist core area, it is very convenient to walk to the Nation subway station, which is only five minutes away. There are many subway lines, and it takes no more than half an hour to get to any tourist attraction. There is only one stop to the Lyon station. Although the room is small, it can open two suitcases after arranging them. It is clean and soundproof. Although the breakfast is simple, the freshly baked croissants are very delicious. There is also a supermarket across the street, which is also very convenient for shopping.
It’s my first time staying in this hotel. The plant design in the lobby is quite good and makes people feel very comfortable! The overall environment is good, but the room is a little smaller than expected. Due to lack of space, the hotel may not provide luggage storage services. You can only bring your own change to store your luggage in the paid luggage lockers at the back, which is a bit regrettable.
Very nice hotel, very well located and very clean! Top notch welcome and service. Good quality breakfast. The bedding is good, the shower with mirrors is original.
I highly recommend !
The location is in the center of Paris, there are many bars around, and many young people drink at night. The room is large and the price is very high. But there is no place to wash clothes and no breakfast.
It was a good location and clean facilities.
The staff were friendly!
The smallest room I used was very small,
I think it would be suitable for travelers without a lot of luggage.
I think I will choose a slightly larger room next time and stay here again. It was a good choice in expensive Paris.
Thank you Ctrip for your communication, very responsible, stronger than many platforms. Thank you staff, hard work. The hotel is good overall, very close to the place where I work, the staff is also very friendly, thank you.
The hotel is conveniently located between 2 subway stations and can be reached in about 5 minutes. The room space is enough to open 2 x 28 inch suitcases. The facilities are quite basic, the room is a little dim, and you need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

Also, there were many stories that the room was small, but it wasn't bad for two women to use. The bathroom was also convenient because there was plenty of space for the washbasin and shower booth. There is also a refrigerator and cleaning service every day, so the cleanliness was good. It's a bit unfortunate that there are few restaurants around.

GGuest UserThe first night was the first night of the night .
The next day for the second night , I was told that the stay was cancelled !
And I had to pay the price for a new night!
This is unacceptable , and I have made a complaint on the app. No news !!!!
GGuest UserThe hotel is located ok, 8 min walk to the M3 metro, station Père Lachaise that takes you to all the touristic attractions. Downstairs there is Equadorian restaurant with generous portions, to the left there is a boulangerie with fresh bakeries and sweets, the vertically intersecting street has few eateries (kebabs and others) and carrefour express. The air conditioner is replaced by a strong ventilator. The only weak point is the WiFi, very slow. But we bought 5G e-sim, luckily from the Trip.com accumulated coins. And we could enjoy a quick WiFi by sharing between 2 phones via hot spot. There is always a solution 😉
ZZHANGood location, very close to the subway station, the room is too small, the refrigerator is not, but the top floor and the first floor have a terrace, basically do not go back to the room when sitting outside breathable.
