The room is very clean
Environment: Nice environment
Service: Friendly service
Facilities: Microwave and refrigerator are very good, the bed is very comfortable, the tatami is very suitable for family stay, the mattress is comfortable and the bed is very wide! A family can stay, 4 people are no problem at all, slippers cost 5 euros
The service is very good, very friendly and always answering questions. The room is small and old, but the hygiene is good. It is about 5-7 minutes away from the subway station, and there is no close look around.
That was my second time staying at Drawing House .
What we like about :
Location : it conveniently located to Metro with 2 min walk and very near to Montparnasse train station . It located in a very quiet and clean street.
Few minutes walk to grocery stores and bakery . gelato shop is about 10 mins away.
Service : we love the check-in staff. They were very welcoming and helpful.
Amenity: providing slipper , shampoo, shower gel and location .
Parking : very secured private parking .
We don’t like : the only thing we don’t like is the sink . It is too small to have morning facial cleaning and tooth blushing .
Overall we had a good time . For sure we will staying in Drawing House in our next visit .

Absolutely lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Great hospitality and staff. Can't fault it one bit! Great location too. Chromecast in every room too which makes it easy to watch entertainment without bringing any extra gadgets. Shopping mall across the street. A lovely breakfast cafe opposite too. Many different other shops around. Very lovely area. Would most definitely visit again!
Upon arrival, we faced some problems. At first, they asked us to pay for the days and add the insurance amount. After discussion and help from the application, they only asked for a deposit and said that the refund should be made after going out, but they did not say when it would be, good that during the waiting period, they had a good initiative that they gave us some free drinks. The room clean and smelled beautiful. They did what we asked in advance. A room away from the inconvenience and the elevator.

The location is worth highlighting. You can reach everything on foot and the metro station is not far away. There are lots of cafes and restaurants on the street. But if you have a room facing the street, you can't leave the window open. It's too loud. The air conditioning is also very loud. The bathroom is a disaster. The toilet is constantly clogged. The shower only has boiling hot or ice cold water. The breakfast buffet wasn't enough for us. Scrambled eggs from a packet are a no-no. It was OK for a weekend trip. The underground car park with enough spaces is a plus!
It's just average. I booked the largest room. It's not too small, but it's mainly because there are no basic facilities. There's no refrigerator, there's a TV, but there's no remote control and there's no drinking water (it's said to be environmentally friendly, so I asked you to go downstairs to get water for drinking). Double room There is only one chair. The most terrible thing is that there is no hair dryer at all. There are quite a lot of staff, but some of them are not very friendly.

Incredibly comfortable! Hotel Leopold is impressive! The staffs are friendly, both service and facilities are amazing. The Hansgrohe shower head works like a soft touch. The room is cleaned to clean and tidy every day I came back. Alll my personal stuff are palced neatly and the snack I bought was even carefully moved to the fridge. They even offered me little gifts when check-in and Easter. No words is good enough for your service!
I stayed at this hotel nearby to go to the Catacombs. The hotel was new and clean, and the amenities included slippers, which is rare in Paris. The elevator is small and can only fit one person and a suitcase. After checking out, they will store your luggage for free.
There are also restaurants and bakeries near the hotel, which is convenient.
I had a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel is surprisingly well-equipped. The room is small but the overall interior is very new, except that the ventilation and exhaust in the bathroom are a bit poor.
Hygiene: The overall cleaning is very clean.
Environment: The location is very good, located in District 14, very safe, and it is also very convenient to go to the surrounding subway stations, attractions, and restaurants.
Service: The hotel service staff is very friendly and patiently answers the questions of the guests.

AAnonymous UserParis stayed in four or five hotels for a few days. This is the least cost-effective one. The room is very small and old. Although the window is beautiful, the window is open. The noise is quite big on the street. I was too lazy to move to continue to live, and the result was more than 200 euros directly to 400 euros mad. Later, the price of the hotel set by other platforms was quite good. There is also no quilt with blankets, the feeling of sleeping through a layer of sheets is not good, the first night gave me the cold sleep. The second day I asked the front desk for a quilt, and he looked for a long time and gave me a blanket. I said I don't want a blanket, I want a quilt.

GGuest UserIt's a quiet and clean accommodation, and it's good to have Keunmatou nearby.
It was close to the subway station and it was a satisfactory accommodation.
But since it's a long way to the city, I stayed comfortably except for taking the subway for a while.

CChengSandyThe room is as small and beautiful as a Japanese hotel chain, and the counter staff and service staff can serve our needs immediately. The only downside is that the bathroom is shower-style, the space is small and suitable for a slim body, otherwise the glass door of the bathroom will not be closed. Overall, the price is not bad, suitable for recommending to the petty bourgeoisie.
