The situation with the hairdryer and the service you encountered is certainly not reflective of the hospitality we strive to provide. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.Regarding amenities, some are specific to our Executive rooms. Additionally, bottled water has been removed and replaced with water fountains available throughout the hotel as part of our sustainability efforts.While we value guest feedback and always seek to improve, we find it disappointing to see the same review posted across multiple platforms.
