服務很好，但夏天有點熱，空調不是很好用

早上趕飛機退房的時候，出現了前台讓補差價的情況，這是全世界旅遊第一次遇到。最後跟攜程客服通話，這個前台才説自己搞錯了。這個前台人員涉嫌詐騙的嫌疑。從未遇到。應該是個例。

Einfach aber zweckmässig. Gutes Frühstück Buffet.

Hotel is in a good location. Very close to the subway station. Staff are friendly. Checkin a little too long and room is a little smelly.

Location is alright, it’s abt 5mins walk to metro station. Takes about 20mins metro to Louvre. Receptionist is really nice she explained everything really well. We booked for two nights, but the air conditioner was broken and we only only borrow fans from there. They promised to get someone fix it for us the other day, but it remained unfixed the other day as they responded they do not have the piece to fix it. They offered free breakfast the other day to compensate. The room we moved in was narrow for three person, narrow walking space, could be inconvenient to fully open up a big suitcase

ubicato nel XIII arron.ment , quindi non in centro, ma in zona tranquilla , ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, con presenza di ristoranti,bar,supermercati,lavanderie. camera doppia abbastanza grande (per le consuetudini di Parigi) e che appariva rinnovata abbastanza di recente . Moquette (a cui a Parigi continuano ad essere abbastanza affezionati) fortunatamente solo nei corridoi. Ottimo il bagno con doccia molto ampia dotata di cabina. Servizio colazione non fruito . Unica pecca e' stata la dotazione di asciugamani , uno solo di dimensioni medio/grandi a persona. Questa particolarita' l'ho riscontrata in altre recensioni, quindi credo si tratti di una politica gestionale , che, sinceramente , non mi sembra condivisibile anche se magari puo' avere un risvolto "ambientale" positivo . In qualsiasi albergo si hanno in dotazione un asciugamano per doccia ed uno per il viso a persona.

This is a budget hotel but it’s still not good enough even for budget hotels. On arrival we had no way of ordering a cup of tea (a must for English people after a long journey) there are NO tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. The room was incredibly small and basic much like I imagine a prison cell would look like. The building opposite was derelict with boarded up windows. The bed was comfortable and clean The shower worked well and was clean. We did not eat breakfast here for obvious reasons.

Good budget hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. The staff is very friendly, speaks good English and also has a luggage storage facility. We arrived at 11am at the hotel and were given our room by 12:30pm even though check in time was 2pm. We were also allowed to check out 30mins after the stated check out time and could store our bags as our flight was in the evening. The corridors of the hotel are narrow and the location is a bit far from the Paris central spots but manageable
