Location is great, few minutes from the rail station. Price is reasonable for less demand travelers for room and hotel facilities. Staff are friendly and outgoing, willing to deal with our problems and questions. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby, it is convenient.

房間太小太小，服務還行，距離市中心很遠，去哪兒都需要地鐵幫助。

位置還不錯，條件一般，但是對於巴黎來説已經很好了

Decepcionante A localização não é boa, o acesso é bem escuro, vazio, achei até perigoso. Não tem uma redondeza muito amigável. Não segue padrão ÍBIS de qualidade. Pelo valor não vale.

We couldn't turn on the AC. The system was off they said during this time of the year. ?!!? That was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that did not allow me to use the AC. THE FIRST. And to think this is Paris. Anyway on top of that, the bathroom door is so annoying because it wouldn't stay open. It automatically closes, like what's the deal. It has no exhaust so keeping the door open would have been helpful but we couldn't even let it stay open. Upon checkout they charged me breakfast for all days when we never had breakfast in the hotel. And so unprofessional you see workers sitting on the check in counter. Never coming back and do not recommend!

Recomendo muito , ótimo. Hotel muito bom, super indico , confortável, estação de metrô e bonde próximos , supermercado, pizzaria, padaria , tudo perto... Recomendo.

A residential neighborhood. A lot of bakeries, small stroes and restaurants. Feel like living as Parisan.

Mediocre This hotel is very basic, but I guess you get what you pay for! Pros: strong shower, the bathroom was clean, the staff were polite and helpful at all times. They were a lot nicer than the Ibis that I stayed in at Porte de Clichy a few years ago. The hotel is located a five minute walk from the metro. There are also grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel tower when I booked - didn't get that. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Unbelievably, I chose to sleep on the fold out, as the main bed was so uncomfortable and my back was killing me after it. The shower head kept turning sideways, the water from the shower goes everywhere. We had to leave a towel at the gap of the bathroom door, so the carpet in the bedroom didn't get soaked again from the water. No tea/coffee making facilities or safe in the room. A lot of noise coming from the street, it kept waking me. Overall an OK stay. But I wouldn't stay again for the reasons listed above.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación a tan solo 40 minutos caminando de la Torre Eiffel, con varios restaurantes, cafeterías y mini súper mercados a tan solo pasos del hotel y con muy buenos precios, además de contar con el metro a tan solo 5 minutos. Sin embargo, falta limpieza para poder obtener un mejor puntaje.

O hotel conta com excelentes funcionários. Jorge e maravilhoso, super prestativo. O quarto possui uma cama boa, chuveiro bom, vista para torre, não possui frigobar. A diária achei uma pouco cara 750 reais a diária. Tem uma estação de metrô a 1 km de distância, a limpeza e satisfatória.
