Our family had the most exemplary experience at Le Bristol. It was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had; with outstanding service from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to a few folks who’s work and care made our stay a memorable 5-star experience: - William the bellman was always kind and remembered our name from the first day - Alina and Montserrat at the front desk - Montserrat gave us a friendly tour and was so welcoming and Alina introduced us to Socrates, the hotel mascot (whom my daughter adored) - The amazing concierge team, Noe, Zoe, Fabian, Enzo, and Camille. They were extremely helpful and their dinner reservations and follow-up were exceptional! - The housekeeping team was just awesome! The room was always spotless and so well taken care of and we appreciated the daily treats (our kids’ loved them the most) :-) - The breakfast team of Maxime, Guilhem, and Oisin were a class above anything we’d experienced. Friendly, courteous, and engaging…. And they gave us one of our most memorable moments when we asked if we could take pastries with us for our last day prior to visiting Luxemburg gardens and then promptly forgot our to-go items. When we returned from touring the gardens and were preparing to depart, we found a room service table set up in our room with the forgotten pastries, a flower, and butter & jam. It was amazing! Thanks again for everything. We intend to come back on our next trip to Paris and I’ve recommended Le Bristol to several friends already.
