Cesspool water flooded the bedroom at night. We couldn't breathe because of the very bad smell in the room, we felt discusting from the smell. Even though we closed the door of the room, the smell surrounded the whole house. I hope it doesn't get germs. When we informed the employee about the situation,he said to open the window and sleep in livingroom . I save the all message . He didn’t try to solve or say any excuse . He was very rude When I said , please find a solution , it smell very bad how can ı sleep it not safe you don’t care, ı will complain to booking com , he said leave the house , by saying go away at 11 pm at night. I said how dare you, my daughter scared and begin to cry and he run away. There is a disrespectful, rude and insolent employee, do not stay there, your room will suddenly flood with toilet water and you will not be able to stop the smell, and you will encounter the disrespectful and rude attitude of the employee. By the way, there are caterpillars everywhere, on the walls, in my bed and in my ceiling, and they have bitten the children. The location is very good, but do not stay in this apartment choosing others this location . The cesspool may flood your room at night and the employee may be rude and disrespectful and when ı said ı will complain you booking com he threaten me by telling me to leave the room at 11 at night 2 women 2 kids. This owner of the house more losses with this employee. this is unacceptable. They ruined my beautiful holiday. Be careful

The Concierge Paul is a tremendous asset. He was so helpful regarding the trim, the neighborhood and navigating customs. Our apartment had two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a separate toilet closet. We were in the heart of Marais close to two metro stops that took us everywhere in the city! This is definitely location location location.

I usually have such positive experiences when I travel, but this was just such a horrendous experience. I feel obligated to share with people, so they are not blindsided by this type of abusive behavior if they wind up booking this place I’m going to post the actual texts that the concierge wrote me when I only asked him to help me carry some bags to the sixth floor of the apartment building because they did not have an elevator and Ive had recently had spinal surgery and a fractured arm so I needed some help carrying the bags. I was traveling one month through Europe with a young child so the bags were quite heavy I thought it was just common courtesy, that the concierge would help me with this . I forwarded the conversation to the apartment owners, and no one even responded to me.
