The pros: location is handy for exploring and in a nice area. The breakfast was fine and reception/breakfast room modern.
The cons: it looks like the room hasn't been decorated in a long time. Dark lighting, curtains didn't shut properly, wallpaper peeling off and quite concerning cracks and bulges in the ceiling. I asked for an additional pillow for health reasons (only one given per person) and was told I had to wait until the next day. When one was provided, the cleaning staff then removed it the next day and I had to request again. We were on the second floor but the noise insulation wasn't great and noise from the road kept us up quite a lot,so maybe bring earplugs!

La recente ristrutturazione rende il soggiorno piacevole: le camere superior sono confortevoli, pulite e ben accessoriate. Il personale alla reception è gentile e disponibile. L'ubicazione è ottima sia per la metro che per raggiungere anche a piedi Montmartre, il Louvre, l'Opera ecc. Colazione a buffet ricca e con ottimi prodotti. Da migliorare: il checkin, in quanto 2 camere sono state pronte solo dopo un attesa di 90' dopo le 15 e l'organizzazione nelle camere (pulizia ok, ma mancanza di sapone, mancato cambio o sostituzione solo di 3 asciugamani su 4 ecc). Sarebbe anche utile un frigobar in camera.

I am so happy that I found this hotel. The whole place is renovated, so it’s clean and cosy little hotel. There weren’t lot of different options on breakfast but still it had what necessary. I don’t like to waste food, so I liked it this way. Stuff was friendly if we needed them but we didn’t need them a lot. Mostly we went out around 10am and arrived from city exploring around 11.30pm. Few metro stations were close. I liked the location. Hotel street was quiet but much busier street and Moulin Rouge was in walking distance (10 -15 min).

5 étoiles pour cet hôtel à la super déco et hyper bien placé. Les chambres sont très calmes, tout est refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût. La salle de bain est belle et le savon comme on aime. La literie est très haut de gamme. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Les chambres de l’hôtel sont catastrophiques, je n’ai jamais vu ça pour un 3 * , une honte pour le prix , le personnel est gentil (heureusement !!!) le point positif : la proximité du ****** de Paris et quand bien même vaut mieux être plus loin et se payer un taxi…

Catastrophe ! Hôtel insalubre…draps tachés, rideaux tachés et déchirés, murs de chambre sales, tout est vétuste, Clim/chauffage un bruit d’enfer! Chambre aucune insonorité ! baignoire sale tachée, salle de bain vétuste, déco vieillotte ! Gros travail de rénovation !! Les photos sur le site sont totalement trompeuses… la réalité n’a absolument rien à voir ! J’ai demandé à ce qu’on me change de chambre en pensant qu’il y en aurait qui sortent du lot et le réceptionniste n’a pas voulu prétextant que tout l’hôtel était comme cela! Il N’avait pas mieux à me proposer…. Trop cher pour la prestation proposée !!! Inadmissible !

Empecemos aclarando que es un hotel de 3 estrellas por lo que pretendo que cumpla dos cosas básicas: buena cama, buena ducha y buen desayuno y cumplió con las 3 Habitación | 9 ✔️(teniendo 3 estrellas tenía todo lo basico - agus caliente del baño 10 - Cama 10 - toallas y jabón 10 - cuenta con aire acondicionado, televisor, calefacción, secador de pelo- no tiene frigobar, ni caja fuerte) Desayuno | 9 ✔️(si estás pocos días, variedad de yogurt y jugos) 8 ✔️(si estás más de una semana, muy repetidas las opciones de desayuno) Ubicación | 10 ✔️👌 (la mejor ubicación: a media cuadra del Subte 9 que combinando con el 13 te deja en el centro. A una hora de la Torre Eiffel a pie y a 30 minutos del sacre coeur. A 10 minutos de la ópera garnier y del moulin rouge)

La habitación triple no se parece en nada a las fotos de la web. La tercera cama es una cama plegable tan dura que es imposible descansar. A pesar de informarlo en Recepción y decirnos que lo mirarían, no se ha hecho absolutamente nada por cambiar la cama o la habitación. El lavabo está en muy malas condiciones. La ducha está rota, pierde agua por varios sitios, la mampara y los azulejos tienen moho. La moqueta del suelo no está demasiado limpia. La alergia al polvo se me disparó a los pocos minutos de estar en la habitación. El desayuno es bastante flojo. Estando en Francia una buena selección de quesos seria de agradecer, pero lo que ofrecen son porciones individuales empaquetadas... En definitiva, un engaño respecto a las fotos de la web. No se corresponde con lo que se esperaría de un hotel de 3 estrellas.
