Accueil souriant et chaleureux Petit déjeuner complet dans un espace calme et lumineux. Chambre décorée avec goût , prise usb pour les chargeurs étrangers petit détail bien pensé. Merci pour ce séjour Nicolas

very nice hotel, you can see that the reception and rooms have been renovated, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, in the room apart from the bed there are bedside tables, a few hangers, a desk, a safe and a small portable mirror (perfect for women who put on make-up) the bathroom is small but sufficient - shower, towels, soap and shower gel (for hair and body). near the hotel there are two Carrefour markets, cafes and bars. To the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes on foot, to the metro station line 6 (5 min) to line 8 (6 minutes). Safe area, you can walk freely at night. I highly recommend this hotel

Personal muy amable y simpático la habitación estaba muy bien cuidada y todo estaba muy limpio. Destacar la localización donde hay muchos restaurantes y se encuentra muy cerca De la Torre Eiffel. Lo mejor de todo fue el desayuno y que recomiendo encarecidamente, todo recién hecho con mucho mimo y amor y cuidando los detalles. Sin lugar a dudas si regreso a parís me volvería a hospedar aquí, me hicieron sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias!!

I stayed in the Suite 46 for my birthday, and I had so much fun with my daughter, the room was always clean, we loved the staff, always felt welcome, mostly from the dark skinned gentleman at evening shift, who made my birthday much better after a bad day and the breakfast was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! We will definitely come back! Thank you so much to the whole team❤️

Hôtel propre à la décoration très sympa. Chambre spacieuse avec literie de bonne qualité. Sdb fonctionnelle avec douche à l'italienne Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Très bon emplacement proche métro et parking (16€/jour réservable à l'avance via le net) Cambronne

Just got back from staying here with my 12 year old daughter. The staff were amazing and very friendly especially Anastasia on reception. We upgraded to the Eiffel Tower suite which I hugely recommend. Couldn’t fault it. Very clean and perfect situation for getting out and about with very close metro links. Thank you x

Rude customer service. I booked through ***********, and as i am rated as genius level 3 i got quite a big discount. The booking was confirmed through *********** with an official confirmation. I requested some additional information and only then i was informed that the hotel decided not to accept my booking as probably my discount ment that i did not pay them enough for my stay. They said that my booking was a hack. As this was quite a shocking statement i cancelled my credit card and contacted *********** customer service. My booking was not a hack, but probably below their acceptable price. They should not make statements like this, as it causes alarm bells that are not required. When i asked for further clarifications, they never replied. My booking was not a hack and was an official booking through the booking website. Very disappointed as it caused a lot of stress verifying if this was indeed a hack, blocking my card etc.

Very friendly staff especially George on reception, very clean, bright room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing, lady who looked after the area paid so much attention to cleaning and keeping things stocked up. I would love to stay here again, nothing negative to say and good value for money considering the location

Personnel désagréable et avons eu besoin d un nettoyage du à un cafard 🪳 fou dans la salle de bain, personne n est venu re nettoyer la salle de bain après l avoir fait constater et demander , il a garantit de le faire , le réceptionniste avait l air de être déranger et de trouver ça normal pas d excuse Sinon Chambre jolie et hôtel vraiment bien situé
