Atendimento péssimo, teve sempre problemas nas reservas, muito sem educação os atendentes, nunca tinha ninguém na recepção. Não limparam o quarto, não respeitaram os clientes. Péssimo atendimento.

Primitive facilities, no electric fan (as it said it had!), no wifi (only in reception area but not bedroom), the luggage storage costed 5 euros each, reception area only opens from 15:00-00:00 (sometimes even ended earlier!). If it was not for the olympics and there were limited choice of hotels, I would not choose this for my stay in Paris.

Omg, I will not use this hotel ever again even if it is for free. Extremely poor customer service, very poor accommodation, dirty, the shower room very small 2/1.5 I am of medium size and couldn't bend to wash my leg. It all begins from checking in when I was told i had not paid for breakfast after like 5 minutes i managed to proof i had paid when I made the booking online. Then the lady said breakfast will be around 11am on Sunday morning. I went into room 110 and the bed was already broken, no tea, no kettle, I went back to the reception immediately the person is nowhere to be found. After waited few minutes i called the number on the desk then she showed up from another wing of the building, then I told her about the bed and she said how come, I said she needed to come and see as I don't understand why she's asking me that question as I have just moved in 5 min before this time then she said she will call technician. I went out to see the city and get something to eat. I returned around 10.30pm and the bed is still not fixed even till I checked out my body ache now. Sunday morning was a different person at the reception I told her I came for breakfast and she said I didn't have booking so I have to pay, I tried to explain that I have confirmed this with the person I met day before, this lady was very rude, just keep talking to herself, will not listen to anything, walking up /down her little reception area. I felt embarrassed and looked over the desk, and my name was written with (Y) I believe it meant YES from the conversation with the lady I met on day one. She quickly grabbed the paper and turned it over and tried to say its for her, this time she pretended she don't understand and use her phone to translate that she will go and get me something from the shop. When I return on Sunday night, someone came into my room, not to clean but to drop a note that breakfast on Monday will be 8 to 9am. This person could have put the note under the door but on my bed. Ordinary bin was not empty no new toilet paper as I have just half left. Intact I took the rubbish from my room downstairs and this lady will not accept it and ask me to take it to the street which I did empty in street bin. Guys, I can't remember all. I am not joking it is very bad experience here and it is not cheap considering the time I travelled.

I stayed here with my wife and we have a wonderful stayed! The hotel is very well located ! The staff is very nice helpful , rooms are big and clean !! You can reserver this hotel and you will have a wonderful stay !!! Vincent

Horrible expérience. Acceuil par femme sentant fort l'alcool, hotel fermé pas de lumières, en travaux, la femme nous débite, mais nous refusons la chambre, car vraiment l'hôtel est glauque et les avis indiquent Puces de lit. Après discussions et menaces elle nous a remboursé mais il a fallu être insistant.

Una experiencia fatal en el hotel, todo a base de dinero, llegamos a las 11:00 de la mañana y hasta las 15:00 no nos daban la habitación estando lista, si queríamos dejar los macutos allí guardados por cada bulto te cobraban.. las habitaciones viejas, súper sucias, en los 5 días que estuvimos no limpiaron la habitación nunca y aparte tienes que llevar tu jabón y tus cosas porque no te ponen nada.. el personal súper estupido y olientes. Teníamos desayuno contratado y por higiene no desayunamos ni un solo día. No lo recomendamos para nada.

Very disappointing - avoid Avoid this hotel- the check in is terrible. The person at reception is difficult as other say. The reception is only open from around 1pm so we had to wait to speak to someone, then any bag storage or early check is charged extra (long list of things charged extra, even a fan). For the price the room it is not nice - bare, hot/stuffy, small and a lot of street noise. Windows very difficult to open/close. The lights in the room didn’t turn off fully with the switch oddly so had to cover with clothing (see photo). The area is quite nice and convenient to the metro station.

Ils nous ont fait payer des frais déjà payés, ce sont des voleurs.En plus de ça, ils ne répondent pas aux appels, le pire hôtel que je connaisse, je ne le recommande pas, la dame à la réception n'était pas très sympathique.la chambre est très petite.

Vraiment un hôtel qui ne devrait pas être ouvert et qui devrait être fermé, très mauvaise expérience, les chambres sont tristes et dégoûtantes, la salle de bain ne vaut pas la peine d'être mentionnée, ni la douche, l'eau qui est tombée est tombée. C'était une piscine parce que l'eau ne descendait pas et le tambour ne descendait même pas bien. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel, il vaut mieux chercher ailleurs que de dépenser du temps et de l'argent. Ici le lit est pour ne pas dire super en mauvais état, tout est vraiment très mauvaise expérience

悪いホテル 帰宅すると私物が無くなっており、フロントに掛け合うと始めは“メイドが鍵をかけ忘れていた”という言葉のみ。その後も掛け合ったらメイドが返却しにきました。またWIFI環境ありという事前案内にも関わらず故障と言われ、明日直るという合わないにも関わらず滞在期間中一度もWiFiが使えませんでした。 悪いホテルでした。もう利用しません。
