Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur).
Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect.
Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out.
Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.
The room was very satisfactory, but please note that there is a restaurant open until midnight below. If you can't accept the noise, you should ask the front desk to change to a room facing the street. We changed rooms in the middle of the night, and if we felt that the room was not hot enough, we could have a heater. The speed and attitude of solving the problem were very good. Recommended!
First of all, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also delicious. I had dinner and the food was all delicious and the wine was good. The room was also clean. The location is right in front of the station, so it's convenient. There's an elevator and luggage storage is free. The downside is that the room is a little cold... Actually, I was worried because there were a lot of safety concerns about the North Station, but I made a reservation because it's close to the airport. You might think that the safety is not good, but when you actually go there, the locals are also friendly. My mother and I stayed here, and the transportation is convenient, everyone is friendly, and the food is delicious, so she said that she wants to stay here again when she goes to Paris again. Haha! The shampoo and body wash provided were really good. I wonder where they are from.

Convenientlocation, amazing staffs, and honestly, possibly the best hotel I have stayed in Europe.
1. It's SO HARD to find hotels with air-conditioning in Europe. This hotel has it. During the hottest summer in years, I was DESPERATE for good air-conditioning.
2. Staffs are so helpful and great. I have worked in service industry, and staffs at Alane are just the best. Not only are they very helpful, they will go above and beyond. They were amazing.
3. Location, location, location. I cannot stress that enoug. To be so near Gare de l'Est, ane literally a bus ride away from Monmarte, pretty much any famous Paris locstion is about within 20 minute.
I feel so lucky to have found this great hotel. This hotel, to me deserves all the stars they can get.
The room is clean and tidy! The transportation is convenient! The only regret is that they didn't cancel the wrong room I booked! Negotiations were fruitless!
A good choice for business trips, the location is not bad, not far from the subway station, but the surrounding buildings are a bit old, and if you are in the alley, it is easy to smell urine. But compared with the price in Paris, it is already a very high cost performance.
Location is great. Less than 5 minutes walk to metro station, and 10 minutes to Paris Nord train station where we took the Eurostar. Bathing cubicle is tiny but acceptable. Nice hotel with aesthetic designs.
Super location, very close to many restaurants and walking distance from le Marais and Opera. Room very pleasant and super clean. Very good bed. Very quiet hotel. We had breakfast every morning, very good choice and viennoiserie were very tasty. Receptionist very mice and very helpful. Overall very good stay, we will come back :)
Everything is great in general. It is clearer than I expected. The staff is nice, the location is great, close to Metro and a lot of nice restaurants around.
The only thing that I’m not happy is how they keep the clients’ luggages. They don’t use the luggage tag system, they keep all the luggages in a room that only be able to open by the staff. Which means there’s a bug that different clients can reach out to your luggages if they want, and the strangers on the street can get into the room as well when they ask for it, as the staff can’t memorize all the clients.
I have question about it, their feedback is that they have CCTV in the room, it is safe.
I want to point out that, CCTV doesn’t prevent people stealing in this case, we are all travelers, if someone stole my stuff, I would still need to fly out, nothing much I can do.
The hotel should do something about this for safety matters.
Our luggages was fine, but the arrangement can be improved.
This hotel is so wonderful. When it comes to location I can’t think of a better place. The room was very clean, the vibe is just happiness and breakfast is a joy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

AAdrian***Location is good, in between 2 train stations. Going around Paris is easy with easy accessibility to metro, RER and buses. Hotel room is spacious and clean. However, lack of a few amenities like a refrigerator and electric kettle. Staffs were friendly who would greet you every morning whether it was housekeeping, cafe staff or reception.
RrarakatSuper beautiful boutique hotel! The staff that checked me in (Simon was his name, I think) was very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to get a top floor room, lovely designed and with full amenities. The room was big for Paris standards, comfy and location was convenient.
Staff here are very nice, fluent in english and many other languages im sure but most importantly genuine! Will come back over and over. Thank you 😊
JJINGBreakfast is a bit of a single test, the variety is quite a lot, but the waiting time is at least 10 minutes, the room is very small, unless the suite is set, it is estimated to be 13 square meters, the window is the canal, the scenery is good, the hotel does not talk On the service, there is no parking lot, no entertainment facilities, a total of 12 rooms. However, the traffic is convenient and the surrounding is lively.
VVeronica@XiamenArrived at Paris Gare du Nord very late by Eurostar, fearing danger. The station was noisy as expected. But the hotel is very close to the station and the subway station.
The guy at the front desk was quite friendly. The room was by the road and could not be changed. He said it was arranged in advance. Fortunately, I was quite tired and fell asleep quickly.
There was no bottled water in the room. The room was crowded and the luggage could not be placed. The window was small.
心心疼小区里的流浪咪子The hotel location is very good, very close to the Paris East Station, the room is very clean, I thought it would be a little messy near the train station, but the hotel is very safe, the black lady at the front desk is very warm
GGuest UserGenerally, the hotel was nice. Good facilities and easy access, 10m from the Gare du nord and Gare de East on foot. I started to think that Awesome breakfast is Mercure thing. Since I had stayed 2 Mercure and both of them offered similar, and terrific breakfast. The hotel is very cost-effective. I'd recommend to my coworkers.
XXINYIAlthough I was told that the booked bed was gone, I could only change the single room, but in fact, it is enough for one person to live. The hotel is very close to the east station and the location is very quiet, because the room was also sent for breakfast, although Only stayed for one night, but still very happy.
YYUCHUNIt is far from the subway station, breakfast is too simple, the road outside the hotel is stone road, so it is not suitable to pull a suitcase to walk over, very strenuous. There are many Chinese restaurants around the hotel. The towels are old and the kettle is not clean. After getting in the elevator, you need to enter a door and go to your room. The door to the room was difficult to close, and I didn't know why. The keys are old fashioned. Not a Samsung Hotel overall.
GGuest UserI had a lovely time! The only thing is the shower is a tad awkward. It's tiny and right next to the bunks. You're right at eye level with the middle bunk whenever you shower. If you're not shy, it's no biggie! Otherwise, it's great!
QQIANThere is TV to watch, the bed is quite big, but the quilt is not comfortable. When I left the hotel, I needed a turnkey and I felt a bit disliked. Every inch of Paris is expensive, and the price is still acceptable for one night. The hotel is well furnished and has convenient transportation.
