**Honest Review: A Solid Stay with Some Hiccups** I’m sharing this review based on our recent experience, hoping it helps future guests. **Pros**: - Complimentary Evian water provided. - Spacious, clean rooms with an iron and ironing board. - Convenient location near a food court and market with plenty of dining options. - Breakfast offers good value for the price. - Staff are professional, and all servers speak excellent English. - All expected amenities for a 4-star hotel are available. **Cons**: - Windows don’t open fully, only a small latch for ventilation. - Weak water pressure in the shower. - A busboy at the lobby was unexpectedly rude. - The heater didn’t work initially, blowing cold air. Despite multiple requests, it took two hours for a technician to fix it remotely—a major inconvenience, especially as we caught colds. Tip: Request the heater be checked before check-in. **Overall**: Compared to other hotels, we were generally satisfied with our stay. The pros outweigh the cons, but the heater issue was a notable drawback

The location is worth highlighting. You can reach everything on foot and the metro station is not far away. There are lots of cafes and restaurants on the street. But if you have a room facing the street, you can't leave the window open. It's too loud. The air conditioning is also very loud. The bathroom is a disaster. The toilet is constantly clogged. The shower only has boiling hot or ice cold water. The breakfast buffet wasn't enough for us. Scrambled eggs from a packet are a no-no. It was OK for a weekend trip. The underground car park with enough spaces is a plus!

The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms was clean and spacious. The location was great and all the restaurants and shops was near by also I enjoy sitting in the parks near to the hotel location.

The hotel is in a good location, just 200-300 meters away from the subway station. The double room is small, but the family suite is quite spacious, with a 1.8-meter bed and a 1.4-meter sofa bed. There are no slippers and disposable toothbrushes in the double room, but they are provided in the family room. The gym facilities are very complete. In winter, at 7:15 in Paris, it is still dark, and the gym is full, and there are group classes. The breakfast is not bad, especially the croissants and avocado salad, but the variety is a bit limited. I stayed for three nights and had the same breakfast every day. It is quite cost-effective.

During the months leading up to my stay during the Olympic Games, I encountered some difficulties with the hotel regarding payment. The room rate was unreasonably high. Fortunately, I was able to utilize Trip.com's price match guarantee, which resulted in a reduction in the overall cost of my stay. Furthermore, I was provided with an upgrade to a comfort room for one of my reservations, ensuring that my children had spacious accommodation. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and enjoyable. Although breakfast was included in my reservation, the options were rather limited and unappetizing. Additionally, the hotel's sole dining option, the cafe, ceased operations after 10:30 AM. Moreover, the hotel lacked an elevator from the lobby to the lift floor, which presented a challenge when navigating the stairs with heavy luggage. The sole elevator had a limited capacity of two individuals, necessitating frequent separate trips upstairs. In general, the stay was satisfactory.

That was my second time staying at Drawing House . What we like about : Location : it conveniently located to Metro with 2 min walk and very near to Montparnasse train station . It located in a very quiet and clean street. Few minutes walk to grocery stores and bakery . gelato shop is about 10 mins away. Service : we love the check-in staff. They were very welcoming and helpful. Amenity: providing slipper , shampoo, shower gel and location . Parking : very secured private parking . We don’t like : the only thing we don’t like is the sink . It is too small to have morning facial cleaning and tooth blushing . Overall we had a good time . For sure we will staying in Drawing House in our next visit .

The service is very good, very friendly and always answering questions. The room is small and old, but the hygiene is good. It is about 5-7 minutes away from the subway station, and there is no close look around.

Normal hotel. Comfortable bed, it was cold in the room. No slippers, kettle in the room. Checked in exactly at checkout time. In the bathroom shampoo, soap and 2 towels for the body. No deposit was taken. 8 minutes from the metro
