Hotel’s hardware is good and new, while the service is mediocre where their air conditioning system is switching itself off every 15mins which made me unable to sleep at all and forced to swap room at 5am. While their hotline is not working at all during the first night where i had to go to the lobby myself at 5 am. The rest of the stay is fine while they apologized for the air con mishap. The street outside the hotel is under construction currently and is very dark at night, might made people feel a bit dodgy at night while i can see people smoking **** at the park nearby per photo. This is kind of expected given the convenient location of the hotel.
The room was clean with some towels provided. Big window for air but no air conditioning. The staff were the best part. Very friendly and let us leave in our own time. As well as helped us by keeping our luggage safe in the hood after check out for several hours. They spoke both French and English which was a blessings and although the showers and toilets in our booking were shared with other guests there were lots of them and we didn’t have any bad experiences with cleanliness. Not the most clean in the world. But not dirty either. Just good quality. The door to the room is a code so easy to open by you and friends that you are staying with. There is a LGBTQIA+ flag outside so that made me and my friend who are queer feel more welcome. There is a nice town with shop, restaurants, cafes, parks and other places to visit nearby and it’s about a 20 min car ride from Paris orly airport. For the price split between two guests I would come here again as I found it affordable and a bargain ! Defo better than paying the same price or even more to stay in a shared dorm in a hostel in the city !
Parking requires advance booking and costs €25 per day. It's located on basement level -3. Maneuvering a 4.87-meter rear-wheel drive car into the underground garage was a bit tricky, but we managed without any scratches. The ramps, both up and down, were very steep, and the floor surface was quite slippery.
Our street-facing room was surprisingly quiet. There was no noise from the hallway. We could hear ambulances and police sirens, but no regular vehicle traffic.

Overall experience was pretty good. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was perfect for us to stay a night, and caught a train the day after. Lot of restaurants close by, and a supermarket Monoprix opened 7 days until 11:30pm was a plus. Staff were polite and helpful, speaking both in French and English.
The only down side was not enough AC in the room, an electric fan was placed in our room, but we didn’t use it, electric fan had no way to replace AC.
Giving the price and proximity to Gare Montparnasse, I would stay there again.
Upon arrival, we faced some problems. At first, they asked us to pay for the days and add the insurance amount. After discussion and help from the application, they only asked for a deposit and said that the refund should be made after going out, but they did not say when it would be, good that during the waiting period, they had a good initiative that they gave us some free drinks. The room clean and smelled beautiful. They did what we asked in advance. A room away from the inconvenience and the elevator.
I wanted a hotel close to where my brother and his wife was staying. Apparently this hotel is only 3 star, but I can honestly say the bed was really comfortable, and the pillows are some of the best I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast is very simple but more than ample, with great coffee, and the staff were all absolutely lovely
I got a very lovely balcony room. The location is very good, they have the metro station at front of the hotel. I very enjoyed to stay here during my trips. The breakfast is good. Important thing is the hotel have air conditioning.
By the way, the hotel is quite small with tiny elevator. You need to carry your suitcase pass the stairs one floor before get the elevator.
In Paris, a city where every inch of land is valuable, this hotel has very convenient transportation. There is Line 13 at the door, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to large supermarkets such as Carrefour. The front desk and service staff are very friendly. The room is relatively large and suitable for a family of three. The breakfast is pretty good, and the underage children are free of charge
I don't really like the environment and layout of this hotel. There is no table except the coffee table in the room, and there is no place to put luggage. The toilet and bath are separated. The toilet is next to the entrance door. It is a sliding door but there is a gap. The shower curtain can only be separated from the bed and cannot be completely private. If someone walks from the bed to the door to use the toilet, they can see you taking a shower. There was no place to put clothes in the shower, so I moved a small stool beside the bed to put them there. The windows and doors can be opened and the head can be stretched out, but it is not a balcony. I don't know how the air conditioner in the room works. It's very cold as soon as it is turned on, and it doesn't work even if it is turned down. It happened to rain that night and it was a bit cool, and it was quite boring without driving.
Breakfast was average. There was a clerk who was very friendly but didn't understand English very well. There are not many choices to eat, basically just croissants, Danish bread and some yogurt. Might as well go out to eat.
For the price in the center of Paris, this is probably the price. I don't want to stay here again.
However, the subway is not far away. There are also Love supermarkets and some fruit breakfast restaurants nearby. I heard that it is a residential area. There is a Vietnamese noodle shop not far away that is open late. Although the store is small, the waiter can speak Chinese, English and French. You can dine in or take away. If you are staying here, you can try it.
When I checked in, there was a female service staff with a very good attitude and very friendly. I can say that the whole process was very pleasant. I arrived at 12 noon, and it was not possible to complete the check-in procedures according to the rules. However, after she asked me to wait for 10 minutes, she told me that I could check in early and there was no need to charge any fees. I was very touched. However, in the evening, there was another colleague on duty. His attitude was not so good. During the visit of my friend, there was a lot of misunderstanding. It was a bit unclear. It was not until the next day that another male colleague was replaced. It felt that the communication level was tested a lot. When I told him that there was an ”unexpected” friend visiting, he helped me check whether it was possible to upgrade the room to a double room without saying a word. Although it did not take effect immediately, I successfully upgraded it on the third night of the three-night stay. Although I still paid the difference, the whole process was at least very smooth and his service attitude was also very good. On the last day when we were leaving, he even asked us to put our luggage in the afternoon and pick it up before leaving. We did not feel uncomfortable during the whole process. In comparison, the attitude of the colleagues on the night shift needs to be improved.

CCandiceWe stayed in Bob hotel for 4 nights, and we really enjoyed the stay here even though the room is considered small but hey is paris, so i guess it is how it is for a boutique hotel.
The room is clean and come with a cute tiny balcony (without chair/table) but just for you to stand there and enjoy the city view.
The breakfast is considered good with quite some variety for a boutique hotel, though everyday is quite similar but we still enjoy the breakfast here as it is tasty.
Croissant is hot and you go get some hot food, though majority are cold cut, cheese, yogurt. is those quite standard and can be expected European breakfast (not like the typical hotel in Asia you get a lot more variety with the price you paid). I love they have the orange juice machine to made yourself a fresh cup of orange juice, its a lot better to have fresh vs the packed juice.
They also have the steam bath room at the basement which you will need to make an appointment or reservation to use for 1 hour.
Though the bath room is not really hot enough, but we do enjoy some time there as well. just a bonus to add for a boutique hotel.
Location wise, it is pretty convenient just like less than 200m from Metro station, though its not close to the paris attraction, but you can get to almost everywhere in metro in 20-30 min times. for us its no problem.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for three nights. The room was comfortable and the breakfast sufficient. It is quite cosy and quaint. It is accessible to taxis and many eateries. A walk to the nearest Church was lovely. I needed to wait 2 hours and the receptionist kindly offered me tea on the house.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is awesome, you can go to many important locations on foot. There are also many restaurants and small markets nearby, so whatever the time of day and night, you can have access to food!
As well, in addition to have the Montparnasse train station less than 10 min away on foot, the metro is very close-by, which helped us to get to other parts of the city before getting to the airport.
The rooms are good, indeed very well sound proofed, clean and spacious.
When it comes to the service, it was ok, but few in the staff showed some friendly, welcoming traits ... they mostly looked disheartened.

I need to live in Montparnasse for work reasons. In Paris, this is a good choice. No matter how picky, it is not understandable.

DDan Dan LinThis accommodation is very convenient, very close to the subway, making it very easy and fast to travel. The heating in the room is excellent, and even in cold weather, it can keep the whole space warm and comfortable, making people feel relaxed.
However, the staircase design of the accommodation is relatively small, which is slightly inconvenient when carrying luggage, especially the larger luggage may produce some collision sounds during handling. But overall, the room is kept very clean, fresh and tidy environment is impressive. If you value convenience and comfort, this is a worthy choice!

GGeizijisongbangThe hotel is 9 minutes away from Line 4 and 5 minutes away from T2a light rail. It is convenient for travel and quiet in a busy city. It is just a little far from commercial facilities, about 5 minutes. The hotel services, facilities and prices are consistent. Good value for money!

Ppierwang# praise# I am satisfied with the lighting in the room, the layout of the room, the proximity to the restaurant, the price/performance ratio, the proximity to activities, the size of the room; I think Trip.com is very rubbish, I don’t know if I ask three questions, this is the result of monopoly.

AAO巴马About 500 meters from the subway station, the second last station on the 4th line, belonging to the subway line 1 area, buy the cheapest 1.9 subway ticket to the major attractions in the city of Paris (recommended to buy 10 a book at a time, an average of one Zhang 1.49), triple room, the room is quite small, only one box can be opened, the shower room and the bathroom are separated, the bathing room is not wrong, the bath room is too small, and the water leaks out, but the price is also in Paris. Can't ask too much. Breakfast 6 euros a person, croissants are delicious, there is a tram next to the subway station, a few stops to the Chinese area, there are many Chinese restaurants, but the Chinese area is more chaotic, more black people, more drunks, after eating black It’s better to go back to the hotel.
