Superb from start to finish of our stay, quick checkin, room ready earlier, staff so polite and friendly. Location is absolutely perfect for all main tourist attractions, 25min walk to Eiffel, 5min to arc de triomphe, metro so close to hotel. Located in area with beautiful restaurants and bars near, down quiet road. Spa/ pool very nice touch to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast perfect to set you up for the day.

I like the hotel not bad at all for tourists but I believe it can be better. the owner, i believe, can add a lot of things to transfer the hotel from good to excellent. The staff a very nice & friendly. For those who expect a room big like the hotels in the USA don't. I reserve a business room and upgraded to premium it was the biggest room I believe in that hotel but still was small. The hotel 5 min walk to the arc .

The hotel is very close to the metro station and is a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and then the Champs Elysees. Enjoy the free coffee, tea bags and small cakes in the hotel lobby, as well as free Paris maps, which are worth a thumbs up. There is also a 24-hour large drugstore and McDonald's nearby. There is a delicious crepe shop nearby that serves Xi'an gourmet roujiamo for breakfast, which is very delicious 😋! Room: The mattress and pillows are moderate, not too soft and not too hard. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. However, please note that the room is very small and has only a small table, so you can't put many things on it. In addition, the refrigerator is very small, and when it is full of drinks, there is not much space for your own refrigerated items.

Very good hotel in Paris! Convenience location in downtown near the Eiffel Tower, The room is decorated elegantly and clean! The mattress and the bedding quilt is so comfortable to let you have a deep sleep after an exhausted shopping day! Highly recommend to friends and sure will return for next Paris trip!

The location is very good - quiet and clean enough area, 10 minutes by walk to several metro-stations, several nice cafes around the hotel, rooms are well designed and comfy, staff at reception was very supportive -I’ve asked for later checkout and room at highest floor - carried out both! Thanks a lot one more time 🙏

Once our taxi pulled up in the driveway, we needed help with our heavy suitcases. There was 2 employees standing around , talking and laughing amongst themselves. In the end I had to approach to get help. We checked in, even though room pre paid , hotel asked for a cash deposit of Euro 250. I was quite embarrassed. Luckily, I had cash in my pocket. I asked reception for an explanation and received 3 different ones over the next 24 hours. Basically the gist is that Euro 250, is not enough to cover the purchase of a couple of croissant. Had they asked for more deposit, I would have happily obliged. Upon entering the room, we noticed the safe was locked since previous guest, so we had to call security. At night, still suffering from jet lag, we woke up in the middle of the night and decided to make a cup of tea. Unfortunately, tea had not been replenished since previous guest. I decided instead to read in bed, this is when I noticed the bed lamp heavily covered in dust. Spoke to a manager upon check out, but not convinced with his excuses. . This is our 6th stay, the last one being last July Not sure what happened since our last stay, but the service has dropped to what is now an unacceptably low level. It seems the ( very large) hotels focus on quantity at the expense of quality . What a shame…

Rooms are very small and dated. But water was hot and beds were comfortable enough for a couple of nights. Ok for a quick stop off but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer than a couple of nights.

Stay there for 5 nights but the hotel house keeping only manage to clean the room 2 nights. Overall still enjoy staying there as hotel is in good location and the front desk and concierge are very friendly

Top!! We were afraid because the price was low and the hotel not very well known but it was a nice surprise! Very clean, modern hotel very well located (2 min from the arc on foot, close to the metro), room not very big but sufficient and bathroom well equipped. Very pleasant reception staff who took their time to show us the places to visit. We will come back! Small downside: some missing elements in the room (shower door, small mirror, socket that does not work ...) but it remains optional! Thank you for this great weekend
