The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to get around but the hotel facility and the room was old yet well-maintained.  The view from the room was impeccable too !

A Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression. The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

Lovely location in the 6th Arr. with some great shops, restaurants and metro nearby. (You can see the Eiffel Tower too by walking a minute to the end of the road) Room was spotless with great decor and the staff were so warm and welcoming to us. They even had wine and nibbles in the evening to enjoy, which I thought was a lovely touch. For a mother daughter trip we felt safe and well looked after here and would book again.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few hundred meters away from the subway. The subway in Paris is very developed and covers all the basic attractions. Google Maps clearly shows which station to change to, so you won't get lost. The location is very safe and the hotel is very comfortable. The hotel's brothers and sisters are very nice. Claire, Ronmain and Selenay were there to receive us that day. They were very friendly. I hope that all compatriots can be received in a friendly way. The breakfast is a bit painful. 28 euros for breakfast. Even with the reservation, it is 20 euros for a meal. You can try it. In addition, there is a city tax, which is collected per person. It seems to be 8 euros per day. This hotel has everything, hair dryers, robes, slippers, bath towels, hair dryers, but there is no toothpaste and toothbrush. The hotel is in a very good location, with a beautiful balcony view. There is a subway station a few dozen meters away, and Café de Flore and Deux Magots are across the street. I asked the front desk twice and they were satisfied. The only drawback is that there are some small flying insects, which may be due to the old house.

When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better. 2. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel. 3. The room is very clean and warm in the winter. The bathroom is well equipped and shower gel, shampoo, washing hands gel etc is Nuex brand. 4. The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too.

There are many restaurants around, and the LV store opposite the downstairs is the famous Huashen Cafe. There is a large department store food supermarket on the right side of the right intersection of the hotel. There are everything, but there are no Chinese restaurants within two kilometers. There are only two Japanese meals and two Japanese ramen restaurants, which is slightly inconvenient. In addition, the hotel entrance is the taxi stand-by point, give the travel added convenience.
