Super lovely balcony view, suitable for pictures. The room size is not very spacious, but clean.
About 5-10 mins walk to various metro stations.
I love the restaurant nearby, perfect for lunch.
It is my last day staying in Paris, early morning flight the next day. Just a few mins Uber ride from hotel to roissy bus station - to charles de gaulle airport.

The service staff has a good attitude and the hotel is quiet amidst the bustle. It is convenient to walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Shopping Street, Paris Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and many other attractions. The Line 1 subway is nearby and is even more convenient for travel.
the room is a bit small but it is still okay for 1 person stay. it is around 5-7 mins walk to the nearer metro. it has a supermarket just straight across the road which is really convenient if you need to buy anything urgently. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have emailed to request for early check-in and they were very nice to offer me the vacant room upon my arrival in early morning at 9am. they also helped me to store my luggage for 4 days while i travelled to London.
Let me first say the conclusion. If you have to stay in this hotel, you must make a note not to ask for a barrier-free room on the first floor. I arrived at the hotel at 9 am for check-in. I thought that there should be many rooms to choose from so early, so I didn't specifically ask for a room. I stored my luggage and came back at night. As a result, I came back at 6 pm and was given one of the only two barrier-free rooms on the first floor. It was completely facing the street, side by side with the fire escape and public toilet. Thinking of the reviews I have read on Ctrip, almost all of them gave barrier-free rooms. It is hard not to feel that it is discriminating against Chinese people. The front desk said that there was no room to change tonight and I could only change the room tomorrow, but I saw on Ctrip that there was still the same room type that night, and asked the manager to come out to deal with it. The manager still said that there was no room to change. I asked them in return, did they give me this room because I was Chinese? They said that this was a standard room for them and there was no discrimination. However, the toilet in the barrier-free room is completely different from other rooms. There is no light on the washstand, and because it is facing the street, it is so noisy that I can't sleep at all from early in the morning. The most ridiculous thing is that they said they didn't discriminate against Chinese people. At night, I heard the people next door chatting, and they also spoke Chinese. There are two worst rooms in total, and they were all given to Chinese people. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and didn't see other Chinese people, but this hotel can let Chinese people stay in this terrible barrier-free room. In short, the stay experience is very bad.
Place is good for the price. Room is big. Service depends on who the employee is, some were okay, some were just bad. Overall good stay. Pretty long walk from the main area
The location was convenient as it was close to Champs Élysées and to Madeleine metro station. The interiors of the hotel were fantastic and met with high expectations. The room is properly serviced everyday with refilled large mineral water which solves a lot of problems for me. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is that despite the pamphlet in the room saying the hotel is prepared with EU/USA adapters on request yet they didn’t have a proper one to provide when I asked for it at the counter

8. The hotel's breakfast is very delicious
Awesome! Great location, magnificent lobby bar, extremely helpful staff. The club room is spacious, delicious breakfast & afternoon cocktails with many varierities served at club lounge, dishes were great! A perfect stay for business & leisure 👍
As a solo traveler, I was looking for a place that was easily accessible from a major station and had a lot of people, and was also close to the Opera, where the Roissybus was to be taken from CDG airport.
I arrived at the hotel just after 9am, and luckily a room was ready, so I was able to enter the room.
The room was about 11m2, so if you open up a large suitcase, it will take up a lot of space.
I think it would be difficult for two people.
The interior of the room was much nicer than it looked in the photos.
It felt new.

There was a bathtub, which is rare for an overseas hotel, so I was very grateful to be able to soak in the bathtub every night after walking around cold Paris.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserHad a great stay here for the Olympics, it was central and convenient to get to places in central Paris. The area is a nice area with supermarkets, and a few restaurants nearby. We liked how the hotel has a sparkling water refill option too! The staff are friendly and supportive too.
XXINGKUANGood environment, good location and convenient. Good value for money. Several young front desk receptionists have a good service attitude. Only one older black receptionist has poor service.
GGuest UserI’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times owing to the warm welcome, size of rooms for a Parisian hotel and moreover the fantastic location. A couple of *******, however, on this trip - I arrived late having travelling from the other side of the world only to have no key access (and quite a bit of disturbance when I wanted to sleep…knocking on door for a replacement key after midnight…). Also the room wasn’t topped up with amenities once cleaned…towels / coffee capsules / even the bathroom. All sorted very quick but housekeeping lady was a little too forward in wanting to come and sort as I was getting ready…! I was literally in my towel.
Minor but important to raise as the hotel is not the cheapest and these are quick wins.
Rest of the stay great.

MMargaritaThe Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again.
Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently.
Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night.
The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee.
Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.
YYUEThe location is very good. Only 50.m from the Champs Elysées, the lobby is directly the door to the room. When the box is opened, it is difficult to move around in the basic room. The room is small. The service is good.
GGuest UserThe location of the room is very close to Paris Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. The decoration is also good, and the interior of the room is also very nice. The only drawback is that it is noisy on the roadside. It felt like there was always the sound of a train passing by.
키키라짱It was a good value for money hotel.
The room wasn't big, but it wasn't very uncomfortable to spread it on the carriage.
The overall cleanliness was ok, but the shower was a bit annoying.
And it was a little uncomfortable that there was a lot of water in the bathroom shower booth.
The bed was very comfortable. My son was sleeping very comfortably.
BBerfuThe rooms were a bit small but clean, we were generally satisfied with the staff and the hotel. The hotel is very close to the opera district and within walking distance to the center, it was very comfortable for us.
