PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay.
Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Paris Pullman Bercy and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is modern and stylish, with comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Paris Pullman Bercy for a pleasant stay in the city!
Excellent location, with Eiffel Tower view at the lobby. However, decor of the hotel looks a little old and dated and only the premium rooms comes with Eiffel Tower view from the room. Not complaining since you get a good view from the lobby

**Honest Review: A Solid Stay with Some Hiccups**
I’m sharing this review based on our recent experience, hoping it helps future guests.
**Pros**:
- Complimentary Evian water provided.
- Spacious, clean rooms with an iron and ironing board.
- Convenient location near a food court and market with plenty of dining options.
- Breakfast offers good value for the price.
- Staff are professional, and all servers speak excellent English.
- All expected amenities for a 4-star hotel are available.
**Cons**:
- Windows don’t open fully, only a small latch for ventilation.
- Weak water pressure in the shower.
- A busboy at the lobby was unexpectedly rude.
- The heater didn’t work initially, blowing cold air. Despite multiple requests, it took two hours for a technician to fix it remotely—a major inconvenience, especially as we caught colds. Tip: Request the heater be checked before check-in.
**Overall**: Compared to other hotels, we were generally satisfied with our stay. The pros outweigh the cons, but the heater issue was a notable drawback
Hotel is located within a cluster of hotels (Pullman, ibis styles) which is accessed via a local metro train (4-stops in total) which runs between the
airport, carparks and hotel (Rossey) stops.
Check in was fast however please note that they will require a 50 Euro deposit from a credit card to complete the process.
As my booking was for a one night stay I am not sure if they will seek a 50 Euro / Night deposit for a longer stay.
Room was larger and clean and had all the amenities expected of a Pullman property. However no slippers are provided.
Note! No early morning breakfast options are available which I found to be disappointing considering Hampton Inn Airport
locations offer full continental cold breakfast option from 04:00am!
Final surprise was at checkout when I had to pay 8.13 Euro's local tax charge even though I had prepaid the booking
online prior to arrival.
In summary its a nice hotel, however be aware of hidden tax charges which obviously adds to the overall price / night
rate.
