The hotel is clean. The front desk service was friendly and professional. The problem I had was that whatever cleaning supplies/rug powder? the staff uses was so strong, I had a horrible nights sleep. The next morning the cleaners were mopping the floor by the elevator and again the odor was overwhelming.  Please use friendlier cleaning supplies.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Always friendly and welcoming! Hands down my favorite stop on the road. I always look forward to it. Great location downtown and within walking distance to great restaurants!

The staff was friendly they even let us check in an hour early. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was not so the tub was very dingy, had a patchy spot in the tub, and the door knob looked like they hurried up and replaced them before we got there cause one knob was silver and the other was gold. I was very shocked at my experience with holiday inn Express because I always book with them wherever I travel and this is the first one I ever was disappointed with.

My friend and I stayed here after attending a wedding, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us—they kindly offered to store our cooler in their break room so our food wouldn’t spoil while we were at the wedding, even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made everything stress-free. I didn’t personally try the complimentary breakfast, but for those who do, the selection looked impressive—far more than just a basic fruit-and-cereal spread.

We got there almost late for the two o clock show across the street, lady got us checked in quickly and we were on our way! Really appreciate the service and she had the college football game on in the bar when the show was over just for us! Lively people and a decent breakfast too! Added bonus was done of the dancer’s and their families we’re staying there as well so we got to meet some great people. A very cool vibe all the way around, would definitely stay here again.
