Mi sono fermata nel residence solo una notte, e l'esperienza è stata pienamente positiva. Monolocale pulito e accogliente, e malgrado desse sulla via Emilia, era perfettamente insonorizzato e con oscuramento pieno durante la notte (cosa rara da trovare nelle strutture, e preziosa per me a cui dà fastidio la luce!). Non è molto centrale ma è benissimo servito dai bus anche per il collegamento con la stazione, ed è comodo per l'ospedale. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto professionale e premuroso. Se proprio devo trovare un neo, i rubinetti del bagno hanno bisogno di regolazione, ma ci tengo a dire che questo non mi ha provocato nessun disagio. Anche la colazione (pagata a parte per una cifra più che equa) è stata perfetta. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità!
