Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare in questo b&b nel cuore di Parma durante il ponte dell'Immacolata! Roberto e Paolo ci hanno accolti in maniera egregia e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla! Il b&b si trova di fronte al Parco Ducale e al piano terra c'è il salone di bellezza! Subito dopo il check in mi hanno regalato un trattamento di piega ai capelli... Che dire? Una meravigliosa sorpresa!! La camera era spaziosa e ben curata, con uno stile unico, all'interno di un palazzo storico! Il bagno presentava un box doccia enorme e tutti prodotti Aveda! Il phon GHD una chicca! Infine, erano sempre disponibili le bottigliette d'acqua e i succhi di frutta e ogni sera ci preparavano l'aperitivo... Un grazie di cuore a Roberto e Paolo perché ci hanno fatto vivere un soggiorno magico! Continuate così, con la vostra passione e l'amore per i dettagli che vi contraddistingue!

Je kunt gasten netjes ontvangen of je kunt gasten uitermate gastvrij ontvangen en dat laatste is van toepassing bij Palazzo Gozzi. Roberto stond ons met open armen op te wachten en in zijn kapsalon werden wij voorzien van koffie en water. Voordat wij het wisten stonden onze koffers op de eerste etage. Een wervelwind aan positieve ervaringen en dat alles terwijl wij onze gastheer Paolo nog niet ontmoet hadden en ook dat was een fijne ervaring. Paolo doet er alles aan om je een warm thuis te geven en de Parma gastvrijheid te geven die je als gast verdient. Auto parkeren is geen probleem, op nog geen 5 minuten lopen is er een prima parkeergarage waar je je wagen veilig kunt stallen. De kamers zijn een weldaad aan luxe en zeer smaakvol ingericht. DE badkamer is geweldig en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Aan alles is gedacht en wat er niet is zal zeker voor je geregeld worden. Zo zijn Roberto en Paolo. Als kers op de taart kregen de dames een complete haarverzorging, wassen en föhnen alles inbegrepen. Niet voor niets zijn zij bij Tripadvisor de nummer 1. Dat is zeer terecht. Wij komen hier absoluut terug al is het maar voor de hartelijkheid van de gastheren.

Proprietari accoglienti stanza perfetta nei particolari davvero studiati come fosse una camera utizzata a scopi personali! Colazione perfetta nel bar a fianco Pulitissimo e praticamente in centro 15 minuti a piedi di fianco al parco!!

This place was absolutely lovely! Beautiful rooms, five star service. We really enjoyed our stay, would go again & highly recommend! ♥️ They did not Steve breakfast but we got A vouchure to a Café nearby that was also very nice. Even a haircut was included! And one more appraise for the staff, especially the head of the hotel. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay!
