The House Tour Uphill

Hotel is uphill so you will be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city noise. Loved the location however it is surrounded with lush greeneries & there will be insects and moths around the hotel. It will nkt be ideal if those who are scared of creepy crawlies. Also downside of the rooms i’ve chosed, there is no lifts but they are super helpful in helping bringing down/ up your luggages. Service is wonderful as we have some issues with the key card room, they are alwaya reachable via whatsapp number. The employees always greet you with smile whenever they passed you around the hotel area.

A little review for The House Tour Uphill experience at 27th july 2023. This is our first time to try this hotel. The parking spot is quite spacious and it’s enough. We found the reception at night around 11PM when we’re about to checked in named Faisal sit and talk to his fellow employee on the guest table while they smoke begore he’s hurry to serve us on the check in desk.We got a room at first on room number 101, we found that the bathtub is still wet and also a few hair on the tub as well. We noticed that there is no telephone on the room so we go back to the reception to ask for a room change. We find that the reception Mr. Faisal is changing the room to 106 but he didn’t apologize for what happen to us. We’re as a hotelier in a different place knows we need to say 3 magic words while we seeve the guest and how to handle a complain. We didn’t get any trouble on the room and everything was great inside the room. The breakfast is also quite variative and delicious but we see a FnB service staff is sitting on the top of front office cabinet behind the desk, when i found it he directly go normal again. When we’re about to check out we found another unpolite thing from the security on the playground. At first we didn’t know that the playground is only for 12 years kids maximum but i jumped on the trampoline and he shouted from far away said it was not for adult, as a hotelier we know that is not allowed to do that. What he should do is appoach us politely and say excuse me and appologizing first before say the regulation that we should obey on the playgrounds. Not all the staff are great but i really appriciate the man that help us checked out on 12.30pm at 28th july 2023
