"I have stayed twice in three months. I have booked this time. I am very satisfied with the double suite. The terrace is very large. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can cook more than six people. The fly in the ointment is another room. The difference is that the air is dripping.  No room, bed, room, lobby, suggestion, suites are better than standard double rooms."

"Great location. A number of cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a large Westfield shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with even more restaurants and retail stores for your perusing. For those taking public transport, Parramatta train station is a similar distance (shopping centre and train station are side-by-side), which is an easy/flat walk to and from the hotel. During our stay, we were liaising with Claire, who was brilliant throughout. We had three rooms booked, and she looked after us all very well. The staff overall were friendly, and the rooms were renovated and modern. The buffet breakfast was not an overly large in selection, but a good amount of options to choose from."
