The cabin is heated with an electric mini-split. The cabin is located in Parsons, the county seat of Tucker County. The area boasts miles of hiking and biking trails, off-roading trails, downhill and cross-country ski trails, five rivers for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and tubing.
