We appreciated the excellent location, with a great view of the airport from the balcony. However, we encountered a few issues that affected our stay. The balcony can get quite hot, possibly due to the air conditioning units. Additionally, we noticed that some amenities were not provided, such as free water, slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
The balcony door was also quite heavy and difficult to open and close. Furthermore, the WiFi information displayed in the room was outdated, and we had trouble connecting due to the incorrect username and frequency (it should be 2.4G instead of 5G). The TV was also not functioning properly.
Despite these issues, the location remains a highlight. With a few adjustments to the amenities and maintenance, this place could be even more enjoyable.

Great location, so comfortable for the one night rest in Manila before the trip, safety area , stores and 5 minutes to terminal 3
Room , clean, have everything, quick check in and check out

you can walk there from the airport
There are a couple of cheap restaurants and stores around
Make sure that you know which block to go
It’s basically an old apartment that’s rented out short term
The Aircon seems like 30-year-old
The equipment is pretty basic
Nevertheless, you can check in any time
Good if your plane arrives at night

Very dated, but for the price can’t really complain. Perfect location for T3 for arrival or departure ease. The Apartment is also right next door to the Church and Columbarium of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, which is definitely worth a visit. Just about fitted into the shower and I’m normal build. Could do with a revamp.

The union had NO hot water. Then aircon units had one setting - “On”. The aircon controls on the unit were broken as was the vent. There were no night lights. In the night stands. The floor was covered in black hair.

The service left much to be desired, particularly regarding communication. It was challenging to reach them using the provided contact number. However, the view from the balcony was fantastic, offering a perfect sight of the swimming pool below. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the studio was disappointing, it clearly needed a thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the villas are conveniently located within walking distance of airport terminal 3. To enhance the guest experience, it’s essential that they prioritize deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas.

Bathroom is too small and uncomfortable to sit in the toilet as the wall in front is in your face. Also small cockroach in the shower room

No hand soap, no shampoo, small shower, dirty..was a tv without cable , not even water inside..worst place I ever sleep
