"Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room. The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate I’ve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation 😅 it looked just like a latte 😍"

"My family and I recently completed a stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas, and it proved to be a practical and comfortable choice for our trip. While the building itself is older and carries a certain quaint charm, it is clean and met our needs. The hotel has a lived-in feel and the interior may feel dated, but I found the room was neat and the bed quite comfortable. It’s a functional space that works well for those who are used to business hotel settings. We were happy with the service. The front desk staff were polite and friendly and answered our queries sufficiently. At the Horizon Cafe the servers at the time we went, Jhen and Daisy were attentive and helpful. The service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. I would certainly consider staying here again when I'm back in the area."
