Nice hotel but the one of reception lady is not friendly. Quite disappointed for her customer service. I do not think she really meet this hotel standard of service.

Отель расположен в тихом месте , тихо и хорошо , до пляжа нужно пройти через 3 улицы - от 20 минут , до пирса 35 минут , есть шатл-бас который ходят до каждые 30 минут , что упрощает передвижение по городу.

Hotel Amber Pattaya provided excellent service and a friendly welcome. They provided great cleaning service and were always happy to help, the food at the bar was also reasonably priced and enjoyable. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the main areas. If I return to Pattaya, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Stayed here before and would still recommend. Location down a quiet alley. Rooms are good sized and clean. Pool is smaller but didn't use.
