Charming Historic Home with chef's kitchen formal dining, sitting room, & patio

We loved our stay! The house was definitely charming, super spacious, and incredibly clean. The hosts were amazing with communication, and the location was very convenient! Check in and out were easy. Would stay again!

This charming historic home sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from historic downtown, shopping, and restaurants, with easy access to I-15. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen have all been updated, while preserving the historic character of the home. There are multiple gathering /seating areas for family and friends to socialize with a covered porch, multiple living rooms, a very large dining table, and the modern eat-in kitchen. The hosts were very accommodating, and supplied everything from towels/linens, soap/shampoo, toiletries, cleaning supplies, dishes, virtually any kitchen appliance or utensils you would need to make a home-cooked meal. Our stay could not have been better, and suited our family very well for our son’s wedding.

Beautiful Home This location and home housed our family visiting from CA and Florida. Meant all of our expectations for our reunion during Fourth of July Holiday.

Great location Easy to access parks, downtown, and the wedding venue we were at. Property fit all of us comfortably. The home was clean and well kept. Communication with the host was easy. Would stay here again.

Goregous and roomy This historic home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. There was plenty of room for us all to gather around the dining room table, the family room with couch and tv, sleep and find our own places to chill. Appreciated the well stocked bathrooms. Could have used a few more coffee cups but I guess we all liked our coffee/tea! We hung out on the lovely porch a good amount of the time.The trickle of the river added a soothing sound. I didn't think we would need the playground out back but we had a couple of little ones visit one day and loved it! It was so hard to leave we asked to stay another day! The host gave us a wonderful price to stay an extra night if we wanted but we ended up making other plans. I would gladly go back!

Great Stay Great location, building was excellent and renovated. Owner was prompt and accommodating. Will stay again if we come back to Payson.
