"stayed here during the recent public holiday. The hotel was very crowded, especially the pool areas from 4 PM to 7 PM. The check-in was smooth, but the service initiative from the bellboy could be improved. All trolleys were occupied, so we had to carry our own luggage a long distance. We passed by and met a bellboy with an empty trolley who didn't offer to help until we stopped to request it. Additionally, while we booked for four people, only two sets of amenities were provided initially. The room also felt a bit cramped as the size seemed similar to a standard twin room. Overall it was an okay experience, but I would recommend not staying during the peak season or public holidays to avoid the crowds."

"Stayed at A’Famosa Resort recently and had an enjoyable family getaway. The resort is a little run down in some areas and could benefit from refurbishment, so don’t come expecting a 5-star luxury experience. However, the room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities we needed. For the price paid, it offers good value for money, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time enjoying the attractions rather than staying in the room. We especially enjoyed Safari Wonderland. The new Elephant Aquatic attraction was fun to watch, and the Cowboy Show was entertaining for both adults and children. The highlight for my kids was definitely seeing the capybaras — they couldn’t stop talking about them! Overall, A’Famosa is a good choice for families looking for an affordable short getaway. Just manage your expectations, and you’ll likely have a pleasant stay."

"A quiet and comfortable standalone villa on a golf course. The room was well-equipped. There was no front desk; I contacted the hotel directly and received my key from a lockbox at the door. The villa's furnishings differed from the pictures and weren't as luxurious. The bedding was clean and hygienic, but some amenities were lacking maintenance and malfunctioned. The bathroom used a small, instant-heating water heater, and the water in the second-floor bathroom didn't work, and the kettle was broken."

"Had a highly disappointing stay at parkroyal Afarmosa My room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival, found a used toothbrush and skincare leftover from previous guest. The floor was covered with fruit seeds!! Plus the bathroom sink clogged instantly! The breakfast buffet was terrible! The fried rice was seasoned unevenly.. some bites were filled with salt.. The swimming pool was extremely murky! Could easily see visible debris floating around.. I won’t visit again.."
