Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden! Nah zum Strand und zum Boulevard. Das Frühstück ist phantastisch und das Abendessen sehr gut. Sehr nette und ruhige Poolarea. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer sehr schön. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottimo albergo, camera spaziosa e tranquilla. Pulizia della camera buona. Ricco buffet a colazione. Posizione dell'hotel ottima, vicino al mare, alla fermata del bus e al boulevard. Personale gentile e disponibile. Da migliorare la pulizia delle parti comuni (moquette). In più sarebbe auspicabile trovare le informazioni non solo in lingua tedesca ma almeno in inglese. Comunque è un albergo che possiamo consigliare

To be honest, I have never been so satisfied with an accomodation in Spain so far like this time. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The room was big enough and clean, with a big balcony. Cleaned every day. The hotel is really just for a few minute walk from the beach. The main street with bus stops and all kinds of shops is also really close. The breakfast was okay. Even my picky son could find something to eat. At the reception they were always happy to help with any kind of request. They have spoken english and german as well. We have not used the pool, but it seemed really clean. There was a music program every second evening by the pool.

Se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza, evitate questo hotel soprattutto perché non sembra di essere in Spagna bensì in Germania. Una struttura a 4 stelle che non ne vale neanche 2: ==＞ tutte le informazioni in hotel sono in tedesco (programma serale, menu e informazioni) ==＞ scarsa pulizia aree comuni ==＞ scarsa qualità del cibo e pulizia nel ristorante; trovato e segnalato formiche sul banco dei dolci ma hanno fatto finta di ritirare i dolci e poi riportati fuori (gli stessi) dopo un minuto ==＞ scarsa manutenzione delle piscina e soprattutto chiusura alle 18.00 Non aggiungo altro, ma sicuramente non è un hotel che consiglierei a nessuno. Sono stata in altre strutture di 4 stelle sull'isola e posso assicurare che sono di un livello nettamente superiore. Ho fatto affidamento alle molte recensioni positive, che in realtà solo al 99% di clienti tedeschi.

This hotel is rated 4 star but definitely more 3 star at best. I'll try to be fair and list the positive aspects: * near the beach * supermarket next door * good sun loungers * fridge * comfy bed * clean * adequate facilities Negatives: * website states fully refurbished - parts are, parts are clearly very dated like old carpets/sofas in the hallway, very old decor like statues, ornaments and paintings everywhere. Free standing furniture in the rooms, old tiles, no internet tv and no english speaking channels. * pool area is small and 50% of people smoking by the pool. There were no signs forbidding this and the waiters served those smoking so it seemed accepted. I've never known this in this day and age. Non-smokers shouldn't book here. *watched as a waiter told a uk child he couldn't eat his snack on his lounger and must take it to his room. They had clearly just arrived and no food available between 1500-1845 in the hotel. However, I watched german guests being served by the same staff as they drank cans of beer, ate their own snacks and smoked on the loungers... *hotel information/rules in rooms all in german, no alternatives. Excludes everyone else. *bar doesn't except card, cash or room tab only *tourist tax must be paid in cash *€5 per pool towel + €10 deposit *pool closes at 1800 as the tables are used for dinner service *no children's menu/smaller portions for lunch but mostly families I booked this hotel after reading it was predominantly german guests as it doesn't matter to me where people are from and you expect that going abroad. However the hotel info not given in english, no english tv channels and different rules for guests based on nationality is what upsets me. I wouldn't book this hotel again for these reasons.

Everything was perfect, and the rating could have been 10, but unfortunately, one of the hotel administrators ruined the experience on the last evening by making inappropriate personal comments about my nationality, country, president, etc. It was unpleasant left a bad impression.
