Valentin Grand Park Suite Hotel

This hotel needs to be spoken about more! Cannot fault it we have had the best time and we would look to go back again. Drinks 10/10 we have never seen a better drinks menu for all inclusive, food is also amazing there is always something for everyone. Staff are so friendly and couldn’t go out of their way more for people. Pools are amazing, everywhere is so clean and tidy! No rush to get sunbeds, plenty when we went down at 10am. This hotel is perfect for families or couples or if you wanted a solo break. 5 min walk to the beach and shops/bars. Thank you to all of the amazing staff, the hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

We went to this hotel at the start of June and overall enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a silver room which had been recently renovated and although the room itself was lovely we had ALOT of ants in the room and when speaking with reception we were told this is a common problem in Spain and that there would only be ants if we had ate in the room which we had not as we were all inclusive. Another young man on reception was blunt when checking in and again when calling reception to have to ask for the welcome champagne we should have received on checking into the room as part of our package then to be told would get it the next day even though was meant to be a welcome drink?. The hotel is lovely with nice pools and bars and a very relaxed atmosphere. The food buffet for breakfast and dinner was standard all inclusive always something to find to eat but not amazing the snack truck was good for lunch. Drinks were great multiple cocktails included in the all inc made fresh and lovely coffee bottled soft drinks. Bar staff in the sunset bar were very friendly but the older woman in the inside bar was very rude. Common problem we found was with some of the staff other nationalities were prioritised before English to be served and also in how we were treated which put a negative on our experience. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would return due to how nice the hotel is and location is ideal only a short walk downhill to the shops restaurants and beach however some (not all) of the staff need some customer service training or just need to treat English how they treat everyone else.
