A beautifully decorated hotel with the most gorgeous smell on walking through the doors. The food was excellent and a great selection daily. I found being charged for water at the dinner table in the evening was very penny pinching considering this hotel is listed at 4star plus, especially as at breakfast, a wide variety of juices and warm drinks were on offer and included in the holiday price . The deluxe rooms were awful! The beds were rock-hard and very uncomfortable. There is nowhere to hang clothes, and the inclusion of a shower and toilet within glass boxes is not the best if you want privacy. The rooms are tiny, to say the least. Please ensure you know where your room is situated in our case room 222, close to reception and overlooking the outside dining area. Very noisy, staff setting up tables early in the morning, so you're awoken at 6.30 am. In the evening, constant noise from the bar area and also the entertainment noise from the adjacent hotel until late evening. If you are looking for peace and quiet and total relaxation, this hotel is not for you. The staff were very friendly.

This is my second time staying at this hotel , the first being 0ctober 24 and most recently April 25, the hotel itself is perfectly situated to local bars and restaurants with just a mere 5 minute walk, the staff made my stay more enjoyable , with their impeccable service , professionalism, and friendly attitude to all guests, I was asked to mention which staff member made the best impression but that wouldn’t be fair to the others as everyone was absolutely perfect , something I’ve never experienced in any other hotel , Ample space for pool relaxation with two outdoor pools and one indoor. I will definitely be returning towards the end of the summer. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Jay

Lovely adults only hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location near to resort centre. Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our return stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We are still here at the moment, four days into our one week stay but I feel compelled to write this review because I am so extremely impressed with this hotel! From facilities to organised activities to every member of the staff to the breakfasts to the evening meals, I cannot fault any of it. I wish to thank the management and the exemplary staff and wish them every success going forward. I would not hesitate to book this place again when the opportunity arises and would happily recommend it to anyone. Keep up the great work.

L’hôtel était très bien situé dans un environnement calme. L’enregistrement à la réception était vite fait et chaleureux avec un welcome drink. La chambre, le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient très correctes. Le personnel à l’écoute des clients. Prix/qualité très bien. Beaucoup d’espace de tranquillité à l lobby et également à la piscine dehors.
