1. The stay is nicer than any other else where we visited in sikkim. 2. Staff is so polite and have hospitality in a blood. Specially Mr. Karan and Mr. Aadarsh 3. Food is just out of the box... All South Indian , north indian and specially gujarati dishes. 4. Also, going to stay at the same brand hotel in gangtok also... Will definitely stay here whenever we come here again...

Excellent hospitality and very helpful staff... Great Food as well. Great view of the Kanchenjunga from the room. Neat and clean rooms. The play area could be better. And the Bar should be seperate from the dining area for the families visit g the hotel

My first experience with Udaan and i LOVE it! As all the reviews on this site state... yes! they have the best veg FOOD one could ask for. Mouth watering dishes. The buffet spread was fantastic! Rooms and spacious and neat. We had booked the highest category room on 4th floor... the valley view was beautiful. If you have senior citizens, do avail rooms on ground floor for better restaurant access as they don't have lift. They very kindly ferried the breakfast buffet to the room for my 70 year old mother. Excellent hospitality from the team. It was a delight to talk to anyone in the restaurant. They were always kind and make sure you get fresh hot food directly from the kitchen. Go for this hotel with your eyes closed.

Respectful staff and quick service. Food was delicious aswell. Even though our stay was short, it was amazing experience, definitely something to recommend if ever asked by relatives or friends in future. And goes without saying room and bathroom was clean and tidy.
