Villa Pulau Cinta Boutique Suites

La estadía fue bastante mala. Dentro de las cosas negativas, podemos decir que la manager se fue a Bali por un tema personal y no había empleado que se pudiera comunicar en inglés. Hay un bar enfrente al hotel que pasa música muy alta hasta altas horas de la noche. Imposible dormir aunque te dan earplugs para los oídos. El equipo de snorkeling está en muy mal estado. A tal punto que no pudimos usar las aletas. El mantenimiento y limpieza dejan mucho que desear. Estuvimos casi dos días sin agua y ningún empleado ni siquiera se acercó a comentarnos cuál era el problema. Las toallas de playa no las lavan, las secan al sol. Un asco! Por último no hay ningún dueño y los empleados hacen lo que pueden/quieren. Dentro de lo positivo, la ubicación es buena, y el hotel en general es lindo.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights, and it was a truly relaxing and restorative experience. The location is fantastic—right on the beach and shady pool lounges. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to unwind completely. The sunsets in particular were stunning. What stood out the most was the excellent staff. They were consistently helpful, kind, and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed dining at the associated restaurant next door, BeachLux, which offered delicious meals that enhanced our stay. The location is convenient for anything. They have snorkels and excellent snorkeling just a little bit to the south. They also have bikes you can take to get anywhere on the island. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to recharge in a serene environment. I hope that someday I can return!

Absolutely loved everything about this superb island villa. Staff were so beautiful, nothing was too much trouble and so kind and friendly. We enjoyed 5 relaxing days swimming in the beachfront pool, sun baking on the deck, watching the turtles whilst lounging in beachside beanbags, swimming with the turtles, a movie in the cinema room whilst munching on popcorn and enjoying breakfast and excellent coffee each morning. The accommodations were second to none, beautifully decorated, each bedroom with ensuites and huge comfortable beds. Our staff arranged snorkelling trips, all our island transfers, massages, yoga and more! Beach Lux restaurant has just opened next door by the villa owners and the food was incredibly delicious, we ate most of our meals there. Highly recommend this experience!
