Very peaceful location, away from the busy areas of the island (of which there are few). The beach is only a short walk away in any direction. The staff are incredibly helpful and are quick to offer assistance when needed. Pros - modern, clean decor, well maintained. Relaxing pool area, kept very clean. Peaceful location away from the noise. Attentive staff. Cons - we had to ask fresh towels, they are not given. I would expect fresh towels at least once in a 4 nights stay. The beach towels are perfectly adequate, but the bath room towels are more like a thin blanket than a towel and would leave grit on your skin.

A nice new place with great friendly helpful staff - thank you Wolf & Tohri for your hospitality. Very Clean bungalows with covered outdoor bathrooms and a nice big clean pool with pool chairs & umbrellas in a central position for all day sun. Our room had a queen bed and extra loft bed to cover 3 adults and breakfast was covered in our room rate. The place has pushbike hire for $5 AUD or 50K IDR per day which is the best way to get around the island. There are only 6 bungalow’s on the site so the place is quite private & located close to beaches and restaurants. We would stay here again.

I stayed at Gili Air Escape for almost 2 weeks. The staff is fantastic and the bungalows are nice. Loved the location - close to the beach and great eateries including Pachamama, Gili Coffee Roasters, Keisha (sushi), and very walkable or bikeable to the main street. The pool and facilities are wonderful and overall, it pretty quiet - you will hear the nearby mosque starting around 4:30am and of course, roosters, but I just had headphones so I honestly didn’t care. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the towels, mainly the pool/beach towels - they are quite small. I would definitely recommend and stay at Gili Air Escape again in the future!

Gorgeous place and lovely staff
The place is amazing and so tranquil and relaxing. The staff are also so lovely and helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. A great place to stay on Gili Air!

Such a beautiful Tranquil place to stay. We had 2 amazing nights at Escape and it was fantastic. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the bathrooms incredible with an outside shower looking up at the sky. A gorgeous pool surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. The staff couldn't do enough for us got us bikes to use around the beautiful island. Breakfast was was beautiful to look at at and even more delicious!! It's like a couples paradise would highly recommend and definitely return.

Joli petit bangalow tout bien aménagé avec goût. La chambre était mignonne. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Très disponible. Nous avons demander à louer des vélos et quelques minutes plus tard ils nous les ont emmené à l’hôtel. Ils sont incroyablement gentils et le petit déjeuner au top ! Merci beaucoup

A lovely setting with great staff, close to the beach. The breakfast was lovely. No children which is a bonus for a couple. The staff organised bikes for us, which are really helpful for getting around the island on. There are lots of restaurants close o the villas. Not far to go for a sunrise on one side of the island, or sunset on the other side.

Un magnifique petit hôtel de 6 bungalows, au cœur de l'île, au calme, avec une piscine entourée de végétation. Un.petit paradis tropical, avec une équipe extraordinaire, sympas, souriants, aux petits soin pour les clients, une parenthèse enchantée. Petit bémol, mais valable pour toute l'île, le réveil sonore a 5h avec la prière du matin qui parfois dure.....3h !
