Holm House - Stylish Coastal Suites - Silures Bar & Restaurant on-Site

Delightfully clean, if a little tired outside the lounge and dining room. Such a pity they are closing down but thanks to all staff, who provided a full and proper service despite knowing their jobs would end in only a few days. A very pleasant few days in a very good hotel.

We stayed here having been gifted vouchers for a birthday! Pre-booking lots of interaction trying to work it all out as system doesn’t make it clear with vouchers what to do and also failed requirement in booking a massage but on the day we had a lovely time. We stayed in skomer room and had a lush view of sea and a beautiful bathroom! Yes it is in need of a few touch ups here and there but very spacious space and perfect for short stays! Spa is small so if you had to share it with a few guests you probably wouldn’t enjoy! We were lucky and was just us and another couple for a short while! Steam room is also a nice treat! Garden and outdoor area is beautiful you just need the weather! Disappointed with the restaurant and food choice but wonder if the closing date at end of month narrows the choice. Not sure the price tag reflects the quality! Lots of lovely cocktails to choose from and a brilliant served breakfast from a menu! Hope that someone comes in and takes this on as a hotel as such a lovely spot!

We were booked in by our son and were really looking forward to our stay along with a couple of relaxing treatments in three Spa. Sadly we arrived to find they were not available due to flooding. Ruby at reception was wonderful and apologetic going out of her way to make our stay the best it could be. She was wonderful and made sure we were looked after. Thankyou Ruby

Overall nice but could be much better Positives:- ＞ Nice friendly welcome ＞ Breakfast staff particarly outstanding service ＞ Breakfast excellent ＞ All staff Great ＞ Fantastic Shower Negatives ＞ No welcome pack and no WiFi Password - had to ask ＞ Room cleaning was the biggest disappointment - when asking on the second day if the room was going to be refreshed I was told that the hotel was busy and they don't normally clean when a customer books consuctive nights stays... if I did want the room cleaned and refreshed I should have asked reception - we had already asked housekeeping on leaving the room and left the clean room sign outside the door to request a clean we were not aware that we had to ask reception also, if we had been made aware of this we would have been more than happy to request this also. ＞ The room was a suite and full price was paid each day so I would expect the same standard the first night as the last. ＞ The furniture was very tatty probably at the stage it needs replacing ＞ There had been a leak above the window and no attempt had been made to repair. Not sure if this could be described as 5 stars more like a 3 but certainly 5 stars for the staff :-)

From the moment we arrived greeted by the manager to take us to our table, until the time we left (five hours later) every single member of the team could not have done anything more to make our visit truly INCREDIBLE 🥰. I booked a spa package with lunch as a surprise for my daughter’s 25th birthday. The quality of the food was outstanding (Big shout out to the Chef) with attentive, warm, humorous and professional service by Agnes and the team. The spa facilities and treatments were of equal outstanding quality with a warm welcome from Roberta at reception and the two amazing therapists Katie and Estelle. We cannot wait to go back and also try Sunday roast. Already know what I’m buying for Christmas presents (spa vouchers for family and friends). When my daughter said it was her favourite ever birthday that meant the world to me. Seriously well done to all the team and thank you creating a memory we will never forget!!

We had our small (30) guests wedding here at the end of October. This was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. The organisation was superb and Klaudia the events manager made the day run so smoothly assisted by all the staff. From the set up of the venue to the fabulous food, the beautiful bedrooms it was all perfect and we couldn’t have been happier. From the planning stage in April to the event in October Klaudia kept in touch and had all the details covered which included so many things we hadn’t thought of. I would thoroughly recommend Holm House for an event, a lovely stay away or just a nice lunch. The setting is lovely and the views are superb.
