Excellent stay. Clean with a nice breakfast buffet. Ask for a third floor room to avoid all the noise from above with the hard wood floors.

We were graciously greeted on arrival, our reservation was quickly identified, and all of the amenities explained. I was a little surprised that I was not asked for ID. Our room and bathroom were clean, plenty of towels supplied without asking for more, and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of light in the room, which I appreciate. We did discover that the TV could be turned on but not off from the remote; but we easily found the off button beneath the screen at the end of the All Star (baseball) game. (There were a lot channels available.) Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Selection was minimal and to us the eggs did not appear appetizing. It was definitely a step down from what we have enjoyed at other Best Western Plus properties. I am sure someone could find enough to eat there, but we chose to locate the nearest McDonalds.

We booked this hotel or a three night stay in early August, due to the high rating on Tripadvisor. The high rating for the room is deserved, the breakfast not so much, We wound up paying about $700 (exclusive of taxes) for a three night stay - but that cost was not evenly distributed, Friday night's charge was more than double the rate for Wednesday. Parking was ample. There are attractive flower baskets in the lot. Check-in was fast and friendly, our room was ready before 2 p.m. We received a small amenity bag with water and snacks as Best Western matched our Gold status with another program. Our room on the second floor was spacious and immaculate. Two queen beds, a desk/table and chairs, and a comfortable armchair. There was a coffee maker which we did not use, and the usual mini-fridge which we did. Sleep quality was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet. The HVAC did cycle on and off a little more than I would have liked, but I got used to it. The selection of TV channels was a little bizarre, if you plan to watch TV, you may wish to stream. The bathroom was large and clean. Amenities were provided by Pharmacopeia. Housekeeping did a great job here.-folding the bath mat around the bars of soap. The only negative was the old school plastic shower/tub arrangement. A well designed shower curtain kept the floor dry, and water pressure and temperature was good. Ample towels. Where the experience falls down is breakfast. There is a limited selection of mediocre baked goods, and I did not see the yogurt cups or hard boiled eggs that my spouse likes at these sort of hotels. The hot food on the day we went comprised small slices of Canadian bacon (which were 86d when we arrived) some cubed potatoes that looked commercial, and the usual steam table scrambled eggs. Yes, there is a machine that makes pancakes from a bagged mix. That ran out but was refilled while I waited. And there is also a machine that dispenses a sweetened yogurt. Still, I thought the breakfast was below standard, even for properties in this class, particularly at the prices we were paying for the last two nights. Pro Tip: Walk into town and have breakfast at Amity Coffee, which has excellent coffee, great pastries (try the chocolate almond croissant or monkey bread) and a bacon egg and cheese that rocks. If the line is long, there is also the Blue Heron bakery. Overall, I would certainly return to this hotel -- for the midweek pricing, and I would breakfast elsewhere.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were given free water bottles and snacks which was unexpected and lovely. The lobby also has other free snacks and drinks - the cookies were amazing!! The pool is very clean and so is the hot tub. The room was also very clean throughout. Beds are comfy. Staff is excellent.
