Relax on the Sound Side

Located on the sound side of Navarre Beach. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, sleeps 5 comfortably. The Gulf of Mexico is a short walk across the street. The condo is walking distance to the fishing pier, Juana's, Sailor's Grill and Turtle Conservation. The Condo has 2 smart tv's. The living room tv has dish network and upstairs tv has rabbit ears. The pool is located right outside of condo. Guests are welcome to use the beach supplies and kayaks provided. Please do not leave any of these items at the beach. River Kayaks are meant for calm days on the sound (not the gulf). Feel free to drag or carry the kayak to the sound and back. The law required that you have a life vest with you at all times. Please be safe. The gas grill is also for your use. No smoking and no pets allowed in condo. Must be 25 years of age to rent this condo. NOTE: NO TRAILERS OR PULL BEHINDS ALLOWED. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. NO REFUNDS ON THE RESERVATION IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE!!!
