We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the campers. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

Upfront service is good but room cleanliness have to be improved.

The room were spacious, clean and well-taken care. The beds were clean and comfortable and the amenities were fine
The location was perfect - close to the working and foodies. The hotel had sufficient facilities and was very convenient
The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive
Overall acceptable, we had a good stay and would definitely stay here again

AAnonymous UserHotel Iskandar provides spacious rooms and is located in a non-busy area. So it is easy to park and next to a western Cafe. However, the cleanliness of the toilet can be improved. The equipment provided can be added such as a makeup cabinet and clothes hangers in the toilet.

MMiah MukitNice view and clean room. Please note they use an automated machine to process c/in C/out but need cash rm 53 deposit 50 and tax rm 3 must be put cash accurate amount, if put rm 60 or 80 you just get back 50 as deposit never get rest balance.
One more things make sure their room Everything's function or not sometime water heater not working sometimes air-conditioning not fiction. I have changes room 3 times stay at hotel 2 night.
