I did two sessions for my one week vacation. Had a body scrub and a massage with Giovanni and it was so good. He really found the spots to release tension. Then I had a massage and also vera treatment with Anna, and it was the most relaxing massage I've ever been on. It was really good!

Arrived at the hotel approx 2am after a long transfer from Larnaka Airport …. Journey roughly takes an hour from the airport to Panera but due to being 11th out of 11 on the drop off list …. Journey was closer to 2 hrs …. Not ideal when you have been travelling since midday the day before….. the alternative is a taxi which will set you back about £100…. ( each way ) So as I was saying….. arrived at the hotel late but was offered a very warm welcome and a refreshing glass of homemade lemonade followed by a quick hotel briefing we were handed our room key…. All very efficient *** Given the hour all kitchens and Bars were shut so we were given a plated meal of fruit and sandwich’s in the fridge along with a bottle of water and a bottle of red wine - nice touch as I was starving *** Room - we opted for a room with a hot tub …. Room was on the larger side and the bed very comfortable… along with the other usual amenities we had robes, slippers and an espresso machine. …Hot tub…didn’t use it, simply too hot in Cyprus for a hot tub but because of this we had a large terrace with our own sunbeds which gave us as much space outside as in…. Aircon - both in room and in the wider hotel was very good and also needed as it was blooming hot!! Food - Very very good to be honest…. PLENTY of choice and always very tasty. I especially like that they did a BBQ around the pool at lunch time as an alternative to stuffing yourself silly in the main buffet restaurant. … Restaurant was big enough for it never to have the feeling of being over crowded. We were there a week and I could safely say I ate something different every day. …. *** The desserts, oh boy the desserts ….not known for my sweet tooth usually but what was on offer was too good not to get involved *** Pool - Plenty of sunbeds, the ones around the pool Usually taken but we preferred the garden area and never had an issue finding space…. No early morning rush for a bed which in my view makes this hotel an ABSOLUTE winner, been on far too many holidays were I’m setting an alarm earlier than I would for work just to ensure we have somewhere to sit …. If the Hotel management stick to the rule of no “reserving” sun loungers then this will most definitely help them stand out from the crowd. The pool bar is the centre of it all and the guys working the bar do a sterling job as do their colleagues who serve drinks to your sun lounger …. They really do put a shift in. *** Favourite time of the day was our 4pm Mai tai whist sat in the pool *** Beach - Stones throw from the hotel. Water is as you would expect in Cyprus … crystal clear… stunning. And also a lot cooler than the pool so if you really wanted a “dip” to cool off the sea was about as close as the pool… 2 x lounger and a brolly = 7.50 euros…. Bargain …. Be warned it gets very busy on a weekend with the locals… Entertainment - fully agenda for the day was posted on a whiteboard as you entered the restaurant so you knew what was on for the d

Smoking smoking smoking, Oh my god, the cigarette smoke is everywhere. Round the pool, bars and restaurant. The hotel management allows it even after raising the issue. It's a bit like a bonfire night when eating the bars AND whilst eating in the restaurant.
