Excellent location. Right in the CBD and very close to Perth station. Also close to Northbridge, a suburb full of cuisine from different countries, especially Asian countries. The hotel itself was nice and clean, got everything we needed. A special shout out to the shower gel, and conditioner. Smells good and conditioner really smooth my super dry hair. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
Location is the best selling point of this hotel. It is just 200 meters walk from Perth Station and the Murray St mall.
No facilities like gym and pool but they do have partnership with Snap Fitness which is about 300-400 meters walk from hotel.
Watch this and be reminded that this hotel check-out time is 10.00am which is very early compared to many many hotels I have
stayed in Australia, NZ, Europe, Asia and USA. The norm is between 11.00am to Noon.

Great thing about this place - location. This was a major factor as to why we decided to stay here again, especially having to take a train to work. The moment you step out of the hotel, you can see the entrance to the Perth Underground station. It's also central to a lot of cafes and restaurants (groceries, convenience stores and pharmacies too!).
The AC was cold enough and no noise coming from the other rooms. The bed was just a bit uncomfortable as it seemed like they were to separate beds put together and one side was firmer than the other one.
It just sucks that you need a credit card to be able to book (for someone who doesn't have one) if you're booking via trip.com/expedia. You are able to use a different card at the hotel if this is something you're also worried about. From what I could understand from the staff, this shouldn't be a problem if you book directly through them. It's just a trip.com/expedia thing.
Hopefully you won't have to call their reservation line though - the lady who took my call was so impatient and rude (outsourced staff). The front desk staff was the complete opposite though!! It was unfortunate that we weren't able to check in early as the hotel was fully booked, otherwise, check in/out process was pretty smooth - would definitely consider coming back.
