Service was very fast sending up the extra bed needed. Kind of noisy at night perhaps insulation not good enough. Comfortable bed and big shower room is a plus. A bit far to walk to mall

Hotel interior design looks grand, check in and check out process was fast. Room was big, good amount of water was provided and the complimentary mini bar was all good with 4 soft drinks and 2 bottle of water with kitkat and Pringles.  However I have to feedback on the few parts. 1. Soundproofing part  We get the room at 19th floor, the soundproof was really bad, the entire night i can hear the noise from the street and also the LRT which is really annoying. I have to cover my ears with another pillow. 2. Bed quality The king size bed’s spring was really an issue. If you were to sleep with a partner at the same bed, whenever there is movement from your partner you are getting disturbed by the springy bounce from the other side of the bed. Not recommended for light sleeper.  3. The door of the shower and toilet was really heavy and hard to slide. They use only 1 sliding door for both area, meaning at any time only either shower room or toilet can close the door.  But here are few parts that I like: 1. The gym The gym was really well equipped, professional equipment was provided and is enough for me to train the different muscle groups.  2. The smell of the hotel was pleasant 3. 4 pillows was provided in one bed.  4. The parking fees can be waived by validating your tng card at the counter.  5. Breakfast choice was considered ok but the roti canai counter mixed up the order. Too bad no tosai available.

The pillow are not comfortable for me. The towels provided on my first day are quite worn out. However the room is very bright, spacious and clean. View is not that spectaculour.

晚上的泳池很好的，人也不多。

Spanking new. Lots of upgrades on the little things as I can see since 1st time staying here in 2023. Price wise could add on bfast as a standard marketing tool.
