The pillow are not comfortable for me. The towels provided on my first day are quite worn out. However the room is very bright, spacious and clean. View is not that spectaculour.

I stayed there for the last 2 years as Avante and now as M World Resort & Hotel. Our rooms were 2904 & 2905 interconnecting rooms. Room 2904 found too much hair and a bad smell inside the room. We ordered some drinks and food in the pool and couldn't charge into my room number. Normally a 5 star hotel would allow me to charge into my room and make a payment once checked out.
Check in and check out progress was smooth and fast.
The receptionist is also very attentive and friendly.
Bell boy also gives a hand in our luggage.
Breakfast buffet sessions need some improvement especially in the egg section. The fat chef in the egg section should be trained further.

The hotel is connected to a shopping center and MRT by a covered walkway.
Nice spacious room.

The hotel room is clean and cozy. It’s located near to Bandar Utama MRT station. We can also walk to 1U shopping mall. It’s very convenient.

I had a great stay at this hotel near 1 Utama Shopping Mall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the water pressure in the bathroom—it was strong and made for a refreshing shower experience. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

Best strategy location just walk 5-6 minit to mrt station and one utama shopping mall recommend easy to shopping and access get food
