"I stayed there for the last 2 years as Avante and now as M World Resort & Hotel. Our rooms were 2904 & 2905 interconnecting rooms. Room 2904 found too much hair and a bad smell inside the room. We ordered some drinks and food in the pool and couldn't charge into my room number. Normally a 5 star hotel would allow me to charge into my room and make a payment once checked out.
Check in and check out progress was smooth and fast.
The receptionist is also very attentive and friendly.
Bell boy also gives a hand in our luggage.
Breakfast buffet sessions need some improvement especially in the egg section. The fat chef in the egg section should be trained further."
"I like the parking space.. private, spacious and free. The room is quite ok for the price but not sound proof. At night can be noisy with people chatting at nearby rooms. The check in and check out process is smooth with the machine but there’s a staff to assist. Definitely will come again. Worth the price"
"Honestly did not expect to be this comfortable for a night stop.
Interior is nice for a 3 stars, nice smell and music.
Check in and check out was not a hassle."
"It's really hard to explain. The apartment faces the highway, and even if we live on the 20th floor, it's still very noisy. Noisy from morning till night. The other thing is that, someone downstairs said it, but this should be respected. The room itself is large and the basic facilities are OK. In addition, the check-out time requirement is 10 am."
"The place is big and the room cleaning is adequate.
Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.
Only the security staff can contact the hotel staff to know how to check in through the message."
"It's a homestay. Checking in is a little complicated. Room is clean and tidy. A gas station convenience store is located on Lg4. Take lift to Lg1, then change to car park lift located just to the right of the room lifts' entrance. Go to Lg4 and you'll find it. If you're driving, checking out needs some maneuvering. Drive out using the car park pass provided. Then at the hotel lobby drive back to the car park on Lg1, using TnG, to return the access card and car park pass. 🤗"
"It is very convenient to travel by LRT, take the elevator to LG4, and pass the overpass to Asia Jaya station. The vending machines only accept one yuan and five yuan."

Great
NNellie LeowI recently had the pleasure of staying at the One World Hotel in Petaling Jaya, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's modern architecture and sleek design made for a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, they made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

AAnonymous UserMy room was upgraded to a 2-bedrooms unit. It looks clean and nice. But... I was welcomed by 2 little cockroach and there are some spiders at room corners. The bed looked clean but I feel it has dust mites, because my legs feel itchy. Besides, the pillow is a bit smelly.
The bathroom exhaust fan might have some problems, the noise is quite loud.
The parking entrance is not easy to find especially at night time. Hope they can add a clearer signboard.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay if the management could solve these problems.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The location is unbeatable — right next to Sunway Pyramid Mall and a short walk to Sunway Lagoon, making it perfect for both shopping and entertainment. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable experience, especially for families and leisure travellers.

GGuest UserMy partner and I recently enjoyed a staycation at Royal Chulan Hotel Damansara, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of calm that immediately set the tone for a relaxing escape.
The ambience of the hotel is elegant yet cozy perfect for couples looking to unwind. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern touches and traditional Malaysian charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable except for the pillows not very comfortable can and we especially loved the large windows offering beautiful views of the Damansara skyline.
One small area for improvement would be the pillows and bes linen they seemed quite old and could definitely benefit from an upgrade to match the overall comfort of the room. It wasn’t a major issue, but fresher pillows and bed linen would really elevate the sleeping experience.
What truly made our stay memorable was the attention to detail and thoughtful service. The staff were always courteous, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

RrimarakuI liked that the rooms were spacious and had a bathtub. It was also good that a breakfast buffet was included, even though it was not expensive.
However, although the hotel is basically clean, it is not recommended for those who are bothered by the oldness of the hotel itself, as it is noticeably dirty due to its age. Also, the breakfast buffet is not that good. We recommend the bread and the noodles, which are made on the spot.
Also, the location is not that great as it is a little far from the station, you have to go through dark streets and there are no convenience stores in the area.
But, the size of the rooms and the bathtub are very attractive.
GGuest UserGreat facilities. Comfortable and clean house and room. Spacious and kids friendly. My fmilies happy staying here. Highly recommended. The staff also very attentive and helps a lot.

HHaziqThe hotel was fine. The room that i checked in was good for the price although some parts of the room has its share of wear and tear. The room and bathroom was clean but a bit of dark spots at the corner of the bathroom. Parking is only available at the basement and will charge you per hour capped at RM9 maximum.
The privacy is mediocre as we already place no disturb sign at the door but still staff entered our room for room service. We expected no one will come in if the sign is placed on the door. One of the lamps also not working. The switches for the do not disturb and make up room also not functional. The lighting is not too bright and a bit dark as only warm lights are used.
Overall, for a king room i can it is quite satisfactory.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.
DDreamcatcher888I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ”kichenette”. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an ”aparthotel”. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.
