Fomos super bem recepcionados, acomodações são super charmosas, o café da manhã muito bem servido e o atendimento no restaurantes também foi excelente e as sugestões do garçom Rafael para os pratos e o vinho acompanhar nos surpreendeu. Voltaremos para comermos a Truta sugerida pelo mesmo.

Péssimo atendimento. Problemas de encanamento no quarto que não foi resolvido. Grosseria do gerente Romário Garcia, após tentativa de estorno pelo problema causado. Jamais indicaria. Evitem o local !!! Decepção total sem solução !!!!

Lugar charmoso, com uma vista maravilhosa das montanhas. Sentamos no terraço do restaurante e observamos a flora e fauna local. Os diferentes pássaros pousavam na bancada para comer pedaços de frutas tropicais, deixados pelos funcionários para atraí-los. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo muito!

Agradecer em especial ao gerente Romário,ao Wagner,Tiago e Taís ( do restaurante) ,Paulo e Douglas na recepção,enfim a toda a equipe maravilhosa que nos proporcionaram uma semana maravilhosa! Em três dias hospedada, dois dias de chuva. No terceiro, muito sol porém não consegui usar a piscina. Colocaram o cloro de tratamento da água no momento que chegamos na piscina, as 12:30h??? Aí tentei usar o chuveiro da sauna que está sem luz!! Os quartos estão precisando de reforma. Os banheiros são escuros de ardósia. Ou seja, não fiquei satisfeita com a hospedagem.

Voltamos à pousada 25 anos depois e adoramos de novo. Nosso chalé com hidro dupla era ótimo! Funcionários muito atenciosos. Restaurante muito bom ressaltando o atendimento do Igor. Sauna item. Ótimo custo benefício. Voltaremos em breve com certeza!
