There were a lot of small insects in the bathroom and on the table. Breakfast was a long-awaited meal. There was construction going on next door and it was very noisy. Service is good. Good location.

I think the location is perfect because it’s in the middle of Phan Thiet and Mui Ne, so it’s convenient if you want to visit the city as well as the attractions around Mui Ne. This resort has big pool, its own beach, massage services, roomy restaurant, but not much on gym. I think the rooms are Ok and breakfast is good. Overall we enjoyed the stay there.

Thank you very much for all the staff for a warm and accommodating stay and for giving us a delicious birthday cake for my 50th birthday. The reception staff and bar staff were extremely friendly, rooms were perfect with magnificent view to the pool. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

The resort is a bit old, the room feels dark, there are many lights in the room but the layout is confusing, finding the switch is tiring. 😂😂😂 The breakfast buffet has beef stew, chicken curry, fried noodles, delicious potatoes, worth eating, the rest is normal. The 2-day buffet has a change of dishes but there are no duplicates so I think it's okay. The restaurant has a diverse food menu, but the dishes seem a bit bland, don't order pho. The highlight is the large swimming pool, the lawn has many beautiful and super wide miniatures, the long beach, there are many chairs to sit and relax.

The area is beautiful! Green! Lots of flowers! The rooms are simple but clean. The breakfasts are good 🙃

The hotel is not bad, but there were moments that made it uncomfortable: there is a construction site nearby and it is noisy from early morning until late, there are no sun loungers on the beach, the breakfast is average, the pool smells terribly of chlorine, there are no bathrobes. The advantages are a very convenient location, they clean well, the staff is friendly.

The location and service are excellent, but for a four-star hotel, the facilities and breakfast buffet are a bit below expectations. However, the friendliness of the staff is the best.

We spent two days in this hotel by the sea. The setting is very pleasant. The swimming pool, the staff and the comfort are perfect. The catering could be improved. 

The hotel is normal, the location is good, the beach line is great nearby. Nice green area, it is obvious that they keep order. The water pressure is a bit low, but the room is large and good overall. We lived on the 5th floor with a partial view of the sea. The room is quiet, the bed and pillows are comfortable, they cleaned well. Breakfasts are good, there is a large selection.

The impressions were positive, the location is excellent on the first line with access to the beach, the children are delighted with the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, the hotel is clean and cozy.

The grounds are spacious and I think families will enjoy it. However, the facilities are noticeably old and there is a lot of trash on the beach, so I don't feel like going into the ocean.

Excellent hotel for a holiday with children. The hotel has a surf and kite station. Large territory. Breakfast on the seashore.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. On the first day of our stay, construction equipment was working all day, and the hotel grounds were noisy. On the second day, there was a corporate event at the hotel, and it was noisy until midnight. It was hard to fall asleep. We were with a 3-year-old child, and the children were quite bored. There was a closed playroom with a minimal set of toys. The hotel's theory is quite green and nice. The breakfasts are normal, and you won't go hungry. The stay is tolerable for two nights. The staff is friendly.

Average hotel. I will briefly write the + and - that I saw for myself We were on holiday with a family with a baby And so + 1. Cozy rooms 2. Not many people 3. Beautiful territory 4. Polite staff Among the minuses 1. Poor breakfast, mostly Vietnamese cuisine (everything is bland) 2.  Strong audibility in the rooms 3. You have to wait for hot water (drain it first) 4. Of the bathroom accessories, only shower gel and shampoo. 5. Strong smell of chlorine in the pool. (There is something to compare with in the same Mui Ne, here it is just too much) For me, this is an ordinary three and nothing more. There was also an unpleasant situation when checking out, there was a mini bar in the room, we took water from it, they put a check in our hands, they didn’t deliver a new bottle, we didn’t care, but when we checked out and came with a check to pay for the bottle we took, they told us that for several days the maid came to clean and saw that every time the bottle was missing, which means we took water from the mini bar every day 🤷♂️ When we explained that it was simply not delivered, they said no, the maid said they put it in. Well, okay, we paid, but the situation is unpleasant. Be prepared for something like this.
